The deep, chalky alluvial soil and the heat-retaining<br />environment provide the red wine with what it needs for its intensive, unique characteristics. In addition, the field resembles an amphitheatre of nature, giving Huberfeld the<br />scenery it deserves!<br />WINE DESCRIPTION:Aromas of plum and blackcurrant, fine liquorice, slightly spicy. Round tannins and the elegant acid structure support the fruit-driven, long finish.<br />TERROIR:Warm sites on deep, loamy soils with a high clay content in Unterrain and St. Pauls (250m above sea level).<br />AGE OF THE VINE:approx. 25 years<br />READING PERIOD:mid-October<br />VINIFICATION:Slow fermentation in large wooden barrels followed by maturation on fine yeast in tonneaux for 5-6 months.<br />STORAGE POTENTIAL:up to 5 years<br />Serving Suggestions:With meat dishes, wild fowl and mature cheese.<br />SERVING TEMPERATURE:16°-18°C<br />

<br />TYPOLOGY: Port<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Douro<br />RAW MATERIAL: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Roriz and others.<br />VINIFICATION: The grapes used to produce the LBV Port come from the vineyards of Cima Corgo, an area located above the Corgo River in the Douro region. The<br />grapes are pressed in the traditional tanks called lagares, followed by maturation of the Port in large old oak vats in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.<br />COLOUR: intense ruby<br />BOUQUET: Intense aroma of wild fruits, spices, notes of dark chocolate, with a slight floral profile, making it a refined and very expressive Port wine<br />PAIRINGS: perfect with desserts in which chocolate predominates, especially dark chocolate. TERRAZAS DE LOS ANDES<br />SELECTION MALBEC<br /><br />Consistent, direct and with good acidity.<br /><br />This Malbec, the emblem of Terrazas de los Andes, comes from over 100 plots in our 6 high-altitude Malbec vineyards. Its rarity lies in the unique combination of grapes<br />from the classic terroir of Las Compuertas, in Luján de Cuyo, with the more recently discovered terroirs in the Valle de Uco: Gualtallary, Los Chacayes, Paraje Altamira<br />and Eugenio Bustos, all between 1,070 and 1,200 metres above sea level. The vines are between 20 and 90 years old.<br /><br />TASTING NOTES<br />A complex and layered expression, revealing aromas of red and black fruits, subtle hints of violets and delicate toasted notes.
