'A' Toscano Rosato IGT2015...

A Toscana Rosato IGT 2015

Climate: The 2015 vintage was characterised by a cold and wet winter. The cold temperatures and the abundant rainfall slightly slowed down the pruning operations, which
were completed during the first week of March.
The abundant availability of water in the soil and the increase in temperature in April contributed to an excellent budding and vegetative development of the plants. The
spring months gave way to a typically Mediterranean summer, with high daily temperatures and an absence of rainfall, resulting in significant temperature fluctuations
between day and night. The combination of these factors allowed the grapes to reach perfect ripeness quickly for the production of 'A', bringing the harvest forward to the
second week of September.

Vinification: The grapes come from selected vineyards managed exclusively for the production of 'A'. After being harvested by hand in several stages, the grapes arrived in
the winery and were destemmed and softly crushed. The must with its skins was macerated at low temperatures for about 4-6 hours. This short cold maceration favoured
the extraction of colour and of the more delicate aromatic substances, thus obtaining a fresh must, without astringent notes and with a strong aromatic connotation. The
must was transferred into small stainless steel tanks and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 c°. At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine was kept on its own
yeasts until bottling.

Tasting notes: to the eye it is brilliant with a light pink colour. On the nose the delicate floral notes of roses fade away leaving room for more fragrant notes of small red fruits
and citrus fruits. On the palate it is elegant and its flavour blends harmoniously with the fruity notes giving it an excellent persistence.
La Rose de Manincor 2018...

La Rose de Manincor - absolute elegance

...for certain hours: Spring and summer are the seasons for this fruity wine of richness and juiciness, whose colour alone fires the imagination.

Grape varieties: Lagrein, Merlot, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Syrah.
Colour: bright salmon red.
Aroma and taste: delicate scent of raspberries and cherries on the nose, juicy and creamy on the palate, long-lasting with fine tannin and mineral-fruity finish.
Site and soil: our best red wine sites in Manincor and at Seehof, south-eastern slopes at 250 m above sea level with strong clay soils, interspersed with limestone gravel
and other glacial rock deposits.
Vinification: La Rose de Manincor is the juice extract from the best red wine batches each year. Thus, the varietal composition and character change slightly each year. Alie rosè Ammiraglia 2020...

Alie rosè Ammiraglia 2020...

Tenuta Ammiraglia
Alìe 2020

Climatic trendThe seasonal trend was characterised by abundant autumn rains, followed by a mild winter and a spring with above-average temperatures, which favoured a
surprising balance of vegetation and production in our vineyards. Although the summer weather was hot and dry, the sea breezes from the nearby Tyrrhenian coast mitigated
daytime temperatures, which helped the grapes ripen well. The harvest, which began in the last week of August, allowed us to pick grapes of perfect quality, rich in fresh and
fruity aromas. Some rain during the month of September allowed us to bring the later varieties to a good level of ripeness, obtaining grapes with an excellent polyphenolic
maturity and a good aromatic profile.

Technical notes
Wine Variety: Syrah, Vermentino
Alcoholic Grade: 12%.
Maturation: 3 months in steel tanks

Vinification and maturationThe secret of Alìe lies in the combination of territorial characteristics, vineyard management and, of course, the human factor. Once harvested, the
grapes are transported to the cellar as quickly as possible so as not to spoil or damage them. One of the highlights of the Alìe production was the pressing stage. The
bunches of grapes, whole and in the absence of oxygen, were loaded into the press. The pressures applied during this phase were extremely soft and delicate; this process,
together with the careful selection of the musts and their subsequent decantation for no less than 12 hours, made it possible to enhance the distinctive characteristics of
this seductive rosé. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of less than 19°C. After a few months of maturation on fine lees, including a
subsequent period in the bottle, Alìe 2020 is ready to seduce and fascinate, making every sip passionate.

Tasting notes: Alìe 2020 has a soft pink colour with reflections that recall delicate peach nuances. Its elegant aromatic profile makes it a unique wine of its kind.
Characterized by strong citrus notes, such as pink grapefruit and floral notes that blend with the former, enhancing each other, leaving an extremely pleasant retro-olfactory
sensation. In the mouth, the fruity notes of peach and grapefruit stand out, as well as hints of tropical fruit such as passion fruit and mango. With time, sensations of
Mediterranean herbs will develop: thyme, sage and rosemary. A rich wine with an extremely passionate character, savoury and mineral in the mouth.
