Altitude: 230 - 300 m
Exposure: west 50%, southwest 40%, south 10%.
Harvest: Early to late October
Soil: Limestone and porphyry gravel, sand and loam
Age of the vines: 20 - over 100 years
Climate: extreme interplay between sunny days influenced by the Mediterranean climate and night hours influenced by cold downdrafts from the surrounding mountains.
