Classification<br />Franciacorta DOCG<br />Vintage<br />2021<br />Vinification<br />The 2020 growing season in Franciacorta began with mild<br />winter weather that prompted normal budbreak during the first<br />two weeks of April. Flowering took place during the second half<br />of May under mild climatic conditions. June brought lower-<br />than-average temperatures and generous rainfall while July was<br />dry and breezy, ideal conditions for optimal veraison and<br />ripening phases. Excellent temperature swings between day<br />and night allowed the grapes to develop rich aromas and bright<br />acidity, ideal for producing fine sparkling wine. The grape<br />harvest for Donna Cora began mid-August.<br /><br />Tasting Notes<br />Donna Cora is straw yellow in color. Its creamy mousse and delicate, persistent perlage define the finest qualities of<br />Franciacorta Satèn. The nose presents elegant notes of white flower blossoms and pleasant hints of white pulp fruit.<br />The palate reveals balance and complexity, the perfect expression of an extraordinary and elegant vintage.<br />Historical Data<br />The Montenisa estate is located around the hamlet of Calino, near Lake Iseo in the heart of the Franciacorta<br />appellation. The vineyards surrounding the proprietary villa of the Maggi family have been the heart of the<br />production of Marchese Antinori Franciacorta since 1999.<br />

<br />TYPOLOGY: Port<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Douro<br />RAW MATERIAL: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Roriz and others.<br />VINIFICATION: The grapes used to produce the LBV Port come from the vineyards of Cima Corgo, an area located above the Corgo River in the Douro region. The<br />grapes are pressed in the traditional tanks called lagares, followed by maturation of the Port in large old oak vats in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.<br />COLOUR: intense ruby<br />BOUQUET: Intense aroma of wild fruits, spices, notes of dark chocolate, with a slight floral profile, making it a refined and very expressive Port wine<br />PAIRINGS: perfect with desserts in which chocolate predominates, especially dark chocolate. It also goes well with cheeses such as Cheddar and Brie. Ideal with red meat<br />(fillet with pepper) and game.<br />TASTE: fresh and seductive in the mouth, with good texture and body. TERRAZAS DE LOS ANDES<br />SELECTION MALBEC<br /><br />Consistent, direct and with good acidity.<br /><br />This Malbec, the emblem of Terrazas de los Andes, comes from over 100 plots in our 6 high-altitude Malbec vineyards. Its rarity lies in the unique combination of grapes<br />from the classic terroir of Las Compuertas, in Luján de Cuyo, with the more recently discovered terroirs in the Valle de Uco: Gualtallary, Los Chacayes, Paraje Altamira<br />and Eugenio Bustos, all between 1,070 and 1,200 metres above sea level. The vines are between 20 and 90 years old.<br /><br />TASTING NOTES<br />A complex and layered expression, revealing aromas of red and black fruits, subtle hints of violets and delicate toasted notes. The palate is full-bodied, accentuated by<br />sweet, round tannins and a juicy finish reminiscent of red and black fruits and providing freshness.<br /><br />100% Malbec<br />
