CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE 2023...

This wine is a blend of three varietals. The Clairette brings the freshness and zest of citrus, the Viognier the aromatic depth and roundness, and the Grenache the notes of
white flowers.
The grapes are harvested early in the morning and completely destemmed. The fermentation in stainless-steel vats preserves the full aromatic freshness. The wine has a
nose of citrus and apricots, a round and generous mouthfeel, and a fresh and flavourful finish.
Teroldego Rotaliano DOC...

Teroldego Rotaliano DOC...

Teroldego Rotaliano DOC
BOTTEGA VINAI

Teroldego is probably the oldest quality vine variety produced in Trentino; in fact, there has been talk of it since the 15th century, but there is no certainty as to its
etymological origin: perhaps it refers to the 'Tiroler Gold' - gold of the Tyrol - for its intrinsic quality that prompted Cesare Battisti to define it as the 'prince wine of Trentino'.
In 1948, its producers were the first to form a consortium for the protection of Teroldego Rotaliano and in 1970 they were the first to obtain the recognition of Denominazione
di Origine Controllata. Production area: Campo Rotaliano, to the north of Trento, in the municipality of Mezzolombardo, on the glacial gravel banks of the Noce torrent, which
in fact reproduce the characteristics of the hillside.

Grape varieties: exclusively Teroldego with a yield of 80 hectolitres per hectare. It has large, trilobate leaves with sharp, irregular toothing and red autumn colouring; the
vigour of the vines is good and constant, grown using the Trentino pergola; the bunches are fairly compact, the skin is pruinose and leathery and the flesh juicy.

Vinification and refinement: it is vinified in red, with maceration lasting 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged partly in barriques and partly in Slavonian oak
casks, but only for 6 months and no longer, in order to preserve the fruity notes typical of the variety.

Analytical data: -Alcohol:13,00%vol-Total acidity: 5 g/l-Net dry extract: 29 g/l-Residual sugar: dry-Contains sulphites

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby red wine, with marked and lively purple edges when young. The bouquet is clean, distinctly fruity with hints of raspberry and
blackberry and berries, such as raspberry, in the initial period; later, as it matures, the bouquet is enriched with new sensations, becoming ethereal, very broad and at the
same time personal. In the mouth it reveals a balanced tannicity, accompanied by a full and continuous texture. The taste is velvety, enveloping, full-bodied and austere.

Serving suggestions: 'Tonco de Pontesel' from Trentino, venison and polenta, veal stew, mixed grilled meats.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Marzemino DOC sup. Maso...

Marzemino DOC sup. Maso...

Maso Romani Marzemino 2020
Trentino Superiore DOC

The name derives from Attilio Romani, who in the 19th century bought the maso and vineyards from Odoardo Seeber. IlMaso, owned by the Romani Foundation, is
managed directly by CAVIT, which has been producing this historic cru for over twenty years. Since 2003, the vineyard has been the subject of a long phase of study with
the aim of proposing, evaluating and enhancing all the possible wine productions of Marzemino known today, safeguarding the productive complexity and biodiversity
resulting from the conservation of one of its historic vineyards. The result of this intense work was the creation of the new vineyard at Maso Romani in spring 2008.

Production area: Maso Romani is located in Vallagarina in the renowned Marzemino dei Ziresi production area, in the municipality of Volano; the vineyard of about six
hectares is a single property surrounded by ancient walls, which delimit its perimeter. The characteristics of the Maso Romani cultivation environment have been carefully
described in the zoning study carried out by the Istituto Agrario di San Michele all'Adige. The soil was formed from fairly ancient alluvium, often terraced and colluviated.
The soil is fairly deep, with little skeleton and a loamy-clayey texture. The climate is temperate continental, with cold, dry winters and relatively cool, rainy summers. The
area has been divided into two parts: one dedicated to the 'historical vineyard' and the other to the experimental-demonstration vineyard. In the historic vineyard, the rooted
cuttings obtained from the buds of the best vines selected in the existing vineyard by F.E.M. (Edmund Mach Foundation) researchers were planted. In the experimental-
demonstrative vineyard all possible clones and biotypes of Marzemino available in Italy were compared, in different combinations with the main cultivated rootstocks.

Grape varieties: exclusively Marzemino with very limited production per hectare. The training system is the unilateral Guyot with 5,050 vines per hectare.

Vinification and refinement: After careful manual harvesting of the grapes in October, the must was fermented with its skins in stainless steel tanks at temperatures never
exceeding 26 °C. Maceration in contact with the skins during alcoholic fermentation lasted 8 days. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in stainless steel for
about a year and after bottling was aged for 6 months in the bottle.

Analytical data: -Alcohol: 13.00% vol. -Total acidity: 5.25 g/l -Secret extract: 32.0 g/l -Residual sugars: dry

Organoleptic characteristics: dark ruby red, with violet nuances; on the nose it presents intense floral scents of violet and fruity notes of plum and red fruits, such as black
cherry. On the palate it is well-balanced, well-structured with a long, enveloping persistence of fruity and floral notes.
Pairings: Starters with cured meats, with pasta with game ragout and with white meat main courses, such as roast poultry and other typical Trentine dishes.
Porto Graham L.B.V. 2018...

Porto Graham L.B.V. 2018...
MILLESIME Although 2018 started out very dry, with soils parched from the previous year's rainfall deficit, the spring heralded abundant rainfall, and the months between
March and June recorded above-average rainfall. Soil water reserves were amply replenished, a good position to support the growth and ripening cycles of the vines. The wet
and cool spring and generally unstable weather conditions continued through the summer, leading to a decrease in crop size. Inevitably, the vine's growth cycle was delayed
by a few weeks, but a warm and dry August put ripening back on track. The climatic conditions at the beginning of September favoured uniform and complete ripening of the
berries with good levels of acidity reflected in the balance of the wines. The yields were very low, but this favoured the high quality that the 2018 wines reveal. THE WINE
Produced from grapes from four different vineyards located in the Douro Valley. Abundant spring rains restored soil water levels and ended one of the longest drought periods
recorded in the Douro.
August and September were very hot and dry, and while this reduced the size of the harvest, it also favoured very good ripening conditions, particularly beneficial for Touriga
Franca, a late variety that provided excellent quality and contributed significantly to this LBV. TERROIR Mainly from Quinta dos Malvedos and Quinta do Tua vineyards, with
contributions from Vila Velha and Vale de Malhadas, two additional properties that regularly contribute to Graham's Late Bottled Vintage blend. UVE Touriga Nacional and
Touriga Franca with a small percentage of Sousão, Alicante Bouschet as well as Tinta Amarela and Tinta Barroca. CHARACTERISTICS Alcohol: 20% Baumé: 3.6° pH: 3.55
Contains sulphites Total acidity 4.55 g/L (tartaric acidity) TASTING NOTES The aromatic profile of this LBV 2018 is typically Graham, revealing blackcurrant and blackberry
with secondary notes of dried mint leaves, eucalyptus and a dusting of liquorice. The purity and freshness of the fruit are remarkable and the characteristic floral notes of
cistus (a wild flower that thrives in the Douro) also shine through. The rich, succulent black fruit flavours are bright and fresh, complemented by layers of cocoa, black plum
and hints of white pepper.
