VINIFICATION The juice resulting from the natural pressing between the berries is separated to increase the intensity of the colour. The juices and skins are macerated for 2
weeks. No filtration is carried out. Maturation in oak barrels.
COLOUR Ruby red
BOUQUET The nose reveals ripe raspberry and cherry.
PAIRINGPerfect as an aperitif or with a main course. It goes well with red meat, cheese and crackers.
TASTE Equilibrated, soft, ripe. Slight hints of oak due to time in barrique.
