TYPOLOGY: AOP Cotes de Provence rosé wine
PRODUCTION AREA: Sainte Victoire in Provence.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Clairette, Rolle, Sémillon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tibouren
SOIL TYPE: clay-limestone soil, with pebbles and sand caused by erosion of Mount Sainte Victoire.
VINIFICATION: mechanical harvest. Direct pressing, settling at low fermentation temperature.
COLOUR: a beautiful pale peach colour.
BOUQUET: fruity and spicy nose, with notes of pear and Sichuan pepper. Aromas of yellow melon followed by light herbaceous notes.
PAIRINGS: served as an aperitif, it also goes very well with lamb, Thai prawns, vegetable samoussa and fried squid.
FLAVOUR: soft and generous on the palate with aromas of yellow nectarine. Slight saltiness and spicy finish.
