Pinot noir Aristos DOC Winery Eisacktal 750ml 2020

The grapes for this distinctive Pinot Noir come from the south of our growing region, from the wine village of Atzwang. Only through the strictest control from pruning to
ripeness and by selecting grapes of impeccable quality can this stunning Pinot Noir be produced. It scores with its intense fruit and elegant body.

Soil: Porphyry weathered soils with limestone deposits from primeval Dolomite rock
Vinification: The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After a short cold maceration, the wine is gently pressed and fermented on the skins at a controlled temperature,
partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in open tonneaux. The wine is aged for 18 months on the fine lees in the tonneaux and for another 6 months in the bottle.


Colour: intense ruby red
Taste: dry, fine invigorating acid structure, elegant, velvety tannins, persistent.
Aroma: intense and complex, of raspberry, sour cherry, red currant, wild strawberry, fine spiciness, liquorice, cinnamon bark, light smokiness
