It comes exclusively from vineyards in the Piana Rotaliana that have an average age of over 40 years. A perfect combination of vivacity and softness, it is a succession of
fruity and vegetal scents, alternating with delicate notes of vanilla. It is a wine of marked balance, capable of expressing at its best the elegance and finesse of Teroldego
Rotaliano.

Vineyards: double pergola, in the best sub-zones of Piana Rotaliana including Pasquari, Novali, Pozze
Soil: Soil is always well drained, supported by a rich pebbly-gravely and sandy multi-layered skeleton.
Harvest: Strictly manual harvesting, approximately from the end of September.
Vinification and maturation: Fermentation in stainless steel and maturation in French oak barriques for at least 24 months
Bottle ageing: Up to 6 months
Consumption prospects: In its first years of life it will be appreciated for its perfect synthesis of freshness and softness. In the years to follow, it will offer greater roundness,
with notes of cherry jam, sweet spices and cocoa.
