Hebo<br />Merlot 55%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet<br />Franc 10% e Sangiovese 15%<br /><br />The name of an Etruscan settlement of ancient origin, Hebo recalls the historical roots of Suvereto.<br /><br />It is produced from a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese, vines introduced to the area by Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi, princess of Piombino from<br />1805 and enlightened woman of wine.<br /><br />The ruby colour is bright, the aromas reveal fresh scents of sour cherries, violets and blueberries, before turning to seductive mineral hints and nuances of Mediterranean<br />scrub.<br /><br />On the palate, the wine is structured but fresh, savoury and with good momentum. The finish is pleasantly fruity, delicate in its savoury character and with gentle tannins.<br /><br />Production methodSun, wind and three complementary soils<br />The production method is rigorously aimed at defending the territorial connotation.<br /><br />The grapes are harvested in boxes, fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and vinification takes place in steel tanks. The wine is aged for about a year in<br />Slavonian oak barrels and a small percentage of used barriques. ROSSO PICENO SUPERIORE<br />Protected Designation of Origin<br />Blend 70% Montepulciano<br />30% Sangiovese<br /><br />PICUS<br />For this selection of Rosso Piceno Superiore, the Latin name of the Picchio, the main symbol of Piceno civilisation, was chosen. This blend obtained from Montepulciano<br />and Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in the restricted and most vocated area of the Rosso Piceno D.O.C. denomination, through ageing in wood enhances its natural qualities<br />to a clearly superior level.<br /><br />SENSORY ANALYSIS<br />A wine with an intense ruby red colour. The nose reveals a very broad aromatic complex in which notes of cherry and plum blend with those of sweet spices (cinnamon<br />and liquorice). First born among the wines that make up the MOMA line dedicated to the world of art, the label bears the work Golden Glass by Milanese artist Beatrice Pani, first prize-<br />winner at the third edition of the Umberto Cesari Art Contest.<br /><br />Blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown on medium-textured clay soils. The vineyards have an average age of 15 years and a yield of 80 quintals of<br />grapes per hectare. Fermented in vertical steel vats at controlled temperature for 12-14 days. Matured for 6 months in 30 HL Slavonian oak casks and a further 3 months in<br />bottle.<br /><br />Colour: light red with violet reflections.<br />Bouquet: intense plum, violet and red fruits.<br />Taste: pleasantly velvety on the palate, with the fruity hints typical of Sangiovese, the softness of Merlot and the 'balsamicity' of Cabernet Sauvignon.
