Only the best Moscato grapes are selected by the Tosolini family exclusively in the production area of the Venezie. <br />Grappa Riserva 7 years Bortolo Nardini Selection<br />Rich and persistent, with hints of vanilla, morello cherry and wild berries. It comes from the Nardini family's more than two centuries of experience in the art of distilling.<br />This copper-coloured grappa is aged for at least 7 years in Slavonian oak casks, perfect to sip at the end of a meal, with dry pastries and desserts.<br />Raw material:<br />Exclusively destemmed pomace from multi-varietal grapes.<br /><br />Production process:<br />Blend of grappas produced with continuous/discontinuous plant and distillation columns.<br /><br />Appearance:<br />Light amber with warm hue.<br /><br />Aromatic profile:<br />Complex profile with multiple nuances traceable to spicy and fruity notes with hints of vanilla, morello cherry and berries.<br /><br />Taste:<br />Rich and persistent, reminiscent of the sensations perceived by the nose.<br /><br />Alcohol content:<br />45% vol.<br />

In the spicy range, the barricaded scent dominates, which goes hand in hand with pepper, liquorice, cloves and tobacco. <br />GRAPPA LAGRINUM XO RISERVA IMPERIALE<br /><br />In 1379 the grape variety Lagrein was mentioned for the first time in a document as 'bonum Lagrinum'. It is one of the typical regional grape varieties of South Tyrol. The<br />multifaceted grappa produced from this grape variety is particularly well suited for refinement in wooden barrels.<br /><br />Renowned wineries from the Bolzano and Merano regions are the suppliers of the mash for this special distillate, which we carefully distilled in a small water bath alambic in<br />late autumn 2009. After harmonisation in stainless steel barrels, the grappa was filled into French oak barriques in autumn 2010. After 89 months of perfect storage in a<br />controlled atmosphere, the Grappa XO Riserva Imperiale has matured into a noble spirit of rare quality.<br /><br />Multi-layered, complex, with hints of dried fruit, vanilla, honey, excellent ballance and a remarkably delicate finish, this outstanding grappa presents itself like a concert for<br />the senses as a perfect pleasure for meditation. POLI<br />BARRIQUE<br />SOLERA<br />FAMILY 18-98<br /><br />Grappa Riserva aged using the 'solera' method, desired by Toni Poli (1919-2001) and handed down to his sons. The 'Solera di Famiglia 18-98' is made up of 98 barriques:<br />starting from 2001, it blends various vintages of Grappa into a harmonious blend, the youngest of which is aged for at least 18 months. A Green Chartreuse with over 15 years of ageing, in small<br />barrels.<br /><br />How to drink it:<br />To be enjoyed as the great end-of-meal liqueur that it is, in fact served at the end of meals in many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.<br /><br />Focus:<br />Chartreuse means Voiron to many. For more than 100 years, the French town in Haute-Savoie has been the home of the much-loved liqueur of the Carthusian fathers. The<br />Voiron site was built at the end of the 19th century as a logistical base for production, which was carried out in the historic Fourvoire distillery in Saint Laurent Le Pont,<br />destroyed by a landslide in 1935. From 1903, however, the monks had to flee, due to immediate expulsion from the French state, and took refuge in Spain, in Tarragona,<br />where production continued. After returning to France in 1930, and especially after the landslide that destroyed the old distillery, production was transferred to Voiron, where<br />the legendary underground Chartreuse 'caves' can still be visited today.<br />

A Yellow Chartreuse with over 15 years of aging, in small barrels.<br /><br />How I drink it:<br />To be drunk strictly straight, to enjoy every nuance.<br /><br />Focus:<br />Chartreuse is a liqueur projected into the future, despite its centuries-old history. On 30 August 2018, the new distillery at Aiguenoire in Entre-deux-Guiers was inaugurated<br />after 2 years of intense coatruzione work. The distillery stands on a historic site for the Fathers, in fact the parcel of land where it was built was first used by the monks as<br />early as 1590 for their farming and fishing activities. They then bought it on 30 August 1618, exactly 400 years before the inauguration of Grand Avenir-Auguenoire. It is a<br />return to the heart of the Chartreuse massif that gave rise to the monastic order, just 12 km from the Grande Chartreuse, whose first structures were built from 1084<br />onwards by order of Saint Bruno.<br />
