HISTORY: It all started on April 1, 2016, when a special edition of the famous Gin in a no Alcohol version was announced on Siegfried Gin's social networks. The response<br />from gin enthusiasts was enthusiastic, leading the producers to create Wonderleaf.<br /><br />PRODUCT: Wonderleaf is actually the non-alcoholic version of Siegfried Gin, made from the same botanicals. It is the perfect product for creating non-alcoholic cocktails<br />with the taste and character of its big brother. Try it with tonic or as a gin substitute in the great mixing classics.<br /><br />PROFILE: As with its alcoholic version, Wonderleaf has notes of bitter orange accompanied by hints of thyme, cardamom and juniper. On the palate the freshness of<br />lavender meets the spicy notes of ginger, pepper and angelica root before giving us the final warming finish of lime blossom.<br />

Generous Gin is created with just 5 botanicals: juniper, citrus peel, red pepper and two flowers, jasmine and elderflower.<br /><br /><br />The nose has a very fresh beginning, followed by a generous bouquet, where the citrus aromas are in perfect harmony with the spicy notes, the floral accents and the fresh<br />presence of juniper.<br />On the palate Gin Generous is fresh and fruity, with a good structure given by berries and juniper and on the finish remains the spiciness given by pepper.<br />The result is reminiscent of a perfume or a great wine: a well-balanced, elegant and surprisingly aromatic and smooth gin, with the same gradual evolution of nuances from<br />the first to the last sip. The special touch, the generosity of the gin, is given by the perfect combination of citrus and floral aromas.<br />The uniqueness of Gin Generous is well reflected in the design of the bottle, made of white frosted glass, which gives a silky feel to the touch, with a fine and elegant pattern<br />that conveys an experience of refinement, just like the gin itself.<br /><br />Alcohol content: 44% vol.<br />

<br />Panarea Island Gin<br />44°<br /><br />Features<br />Panarea Gin is defined as a Botanical Gin and is distilled according to a secret recipe using various ingredients including grain alcohol, juniper &amp; lemon distillate, reinforced<br />by a further concentrated juniper distillate and enriched in turn by the presence of other botanicals including coriander. The product is characterised by the addition of natural<br />fruity aromatic notes and the absence of artificial flavourings. Finally, this Gin differs from the classic London Dry Gin because of its unique taste of great balance and<br />smoothness.<br /><br />Tasting notes:<br />Crystal clear white colour with distinctive and persistent aromas with distinct notes of juniper, citrus and myrtle. On the palate it is appreciated for its intense flavour, round<br />and great structure.<br />

<br />YELLOW GIN<br /><br />Yellow Gin captures all the 'Spirit of Lake Garda'. <br />DOL GIN<br /><br />With the first gin distilled in the Dolomites, the master distiller of Zu Plun is following in the footsteps of the countless witchcraft legends that have grown up around the<br />Schlern region. A lot of ancient herbal knowledge goes into this distillate, whose ingredients and herbs grow in the Dolomites and on the Alpe di Siusi, with one exception -<br />the lemon peel from Lake Garda. In addition to juniper and 24 mountain herbs, the fruit stalks, blossoms and roots of the mystical elder bush are also processed. The<br />outstanding quality of the result has long since ceased to be an insider tip and, in addition to many international awards, was named the best gin in Italy by Gambero<br />Rosso. The Dolomiten Gin already intoxicates on the nose with a full bouquet of fresh juniper, mountain herbs and freshly ground pepper. On the palate, it develops fruity<br />spiciness with subtle bitter notes from the gentian root. Less recommendable, however, are the current fashionable ingredients<br />such as pepper and cucumber.<br />
