Mixed perfectly with Fentimans Premium Indian Tonic Water<br /><br />FLAVOUR: in the mouth the lemon gives freshness while juniper and bitter orange give deep intensity. retro-olfactory perceptions tickle the palate with touches of cardamom<br />and coriander.<br /><br />NOTES: Poli is a historic company with traditional and innovative installations. I 12 Cavalieri ancient still made entirely of copper, one of the rare ones still existing,<br />composed of 12 small boilers with flowing steam in a discontinuous cycle, ideal for distilling marc from red grapes. Athanor plant with two bain-marie boilers, a classic<br />design installed in 2001 used for the distillation of grapes, fruit and wine. Crisopea plant with two vacuum bain-marie boilers, installed in 2009 after years of research. Used<br />for the distillation of pomace from white grapes, considered the most innovative plant in operation today for the production of Grappa.<br />

HISTORY: In 2015, The Other Guys decided to change its name to 3 Badges after moving its administrative offices to the old fire station in Sonoma, California. August<br />Sebastiani, a Tuscan-born winemaker and owner of the company, discovered numerous documents that testified to his family's involvement in the building's construction. His<br />grandfather had worked as a volunteer and received 3 badges for his career. 3 badges has thus become a symbol of a return to the roots, celebrating the passion for<br />commitment and craftsmanship as the cardinal points of the company.<br /><br />PRODUCT: This botanical and natural gin takes its inspiration from the Tuscan origins of the Sebastiani family. All the herbs and botanicals used in its preparation lead<br />back to Uncle Valerio's garden in Lucca, to whom the gin is dedicated.
