The ageing time follows the rhythms<br />of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon.<br /><br />The perfume becomes intense, more ethereal and harmonious, the taste loses its initial sharpness and rounds off to give an elegant and silky mouthfeel. This ensemble is<br />joined by a floral note that gives distinctly honey notes. The barrique has allowed the spicy aromas<br />to develop exceptionally well in the distillate, with very sharp notes ranging from pepper to cloves, from nutmeg to tobacco, from aniseed to liquorice. This very sharp tip<br />accompanies the heart of the raw material, which is revealed with fruity aromas of jam, fruit in syrup, baked apple, prune, sultana, almond and walnut. This is followed by a<br />hint of flowers and honey. For meditation, perhaps accompanied by bitter chocolate or an important cigar.<br /><br />PACKAGING: the bottles, with numbered labels, are packaged in elegant boxes.<br />
