The grapes are distilled according to the 'Tosolini method' fresh from the harvest to preserve the aromas and scents that reveal a soft, balanced and extremely aromatic<br />brandy. Only the best Moscato grapes are selected by the Tosolini family exclusively in the production area of the Venezie. The intense rose aroma and the hint of acacia<br />honey result in a pleasant grape with a harmonious aftertaste.<br /><br />Variety: from fresh pomace from Muscat grapes<br />Alcohol content: 40% vol.<br />Artisanal distillation: in traditional steam boilers.<br />Maturation: 6 months in steel containers<br />Colour: crystal white<br />Body: intense<br />Sensory profile: intense aromas of roses and sweet hints of acacia honey; sweet and smooth taste with a pleasant and harmonious aftertaste. Soft and silky on the palate.<br />Serving suggestion: serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. During the summer period the best temperature is in the cellar at around 16/18°C.<br />

Most Barrique Cherry<br />Most, the grape brandy, was born in 1985 in the Tosolini distillery from the pressing of fine grapes still fresh from the harvest. The berries, with their fragrant and sugary pulp,<br />are transformed into must, distilled according to the 'Tosolini Method' with traditional Charante steam stills. The resulting distillate matures in small cherry wood barriques<br />for several months in the distillery's cellars under the control and seal of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. With its unmistakable inverted goblet bottle, this masterpiece<br />bears the signature of its creator, Bepi Tosolini, master distiller in Udine.<br /><br /><br />Variety: Cabernet Franc and Refosco grapes<br />Alcohol content: 40%.<br />Colour: straw yellow with orange reflections<br />Distillation: artisanal discontinuous with Charante steam stills<br />Sensory profile: elegant taste, with a strong aromatic imprint of undergrowth and an aftertaste of ripe fruit, plums, blackberries, blueberries and cherries in alcohol.<br />Enveloping and delicate on the palate and velvety on the finish.<br />Serving suggestion: Serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass.<br />

The additional ageing brings out a sharper Grappa-Wood contrast and a peaty hint. The unpressed grape peels of this noble variety sourced from South Tyrol's most renowned wine producers were gently distilled in small water bath alembics by our<br />master distiller in autumn 2012. In autumn 2013, the noble distillate was placed into small oak barrels for refinement in order to mature into an extraordinary XO grappa.<br />After more than 88 months of aging this grappa appears elegant, delicate and expressive with ripe notes of dried fruit, honey and spices.<br />PINOT L'OR DE NOIR XO is a special grappa to be enjoyed in small sips, combined with dark chocolate or as an accompaniment to a cigar.<br />Limited Edition.<br /><br />Aging: over 88 months in barrique<br />

Since 1895, Russian laws have prohibited the<br />traditional distillation of cereals. The Rodionov &amp; Sons Distilery produces Polugar in the European Union, in Poland, where radial production methods using copper stills are<br />revived.<br /><br />TASTING NOTES<br />It has a clear, silverish appearance. The nose has hints of freshly baked ane and light notes of freshly mown grass, honey and mint. On the palate, it is enveloping, sweet,<br />full and soft with its wheat notes. On the finish, hints of mint, honey and vegetables jump out.<br />
