Its aromatic complex is extraordinarily broad and articulate, with a prevalence of<br />the fruity range, which allows one to perceive an exceptional variety and completeness: from dried fruit to cooked and syrupy fruit to prunes and sultanas. This ensemble is<br />joined by a floral note that gives distinctly honey notes.
