Highland Park Full Volume...

Highland Park Full Volume...

ABV : 47.2%

Volume : 700ml

Some things in life are best enjoyed in their most intense forms. This includes your closest friendships, your favourite songs, and exceptionally intense single malt whiskies.
Full Volume is a robust, beautifully balanced whisky, exclusively matured in Kosher certified ex-bourbon casks, rather than our traditional sherry casks. This allowed us to
turn up the volume on those succulent creamy bourbon notes. Distilled in 1999, the resulting 17-year jam session of maturation yielded an ABV of 47.2% and was bottled
and released in 2017. The intense flavour profile delivers creamy vanilla and light citrus fruits, all balanced out by Highland Park's characteristic smokiness.
Grappa Veltliner 500ml PLUNHOF

Grappa Veltliner 500ml PLUNHOF
VELTLINER
GRAPPA

Veltliner grappa. Veltliner, better known in Austria as Grüner Veltliner, has been cultivated since Roman times. It thrives on lean as well as on nutrient-rich soils, but needs a
sunny autumn at the end of ripening to develop its full aroma potential. In South Tyrol, the winegrowers of the Valle Isarco have specialised in its cultivation and produce
wines of fruity spiciness with notes that reach into the peppery, reminiscent of wildflowers and meadow herbs on the nose. This complex interplay of aromas also makes Zu
Plun's Veltliner Grappa a particularly interesting distillate. The marc for this single-varietal speciality also comes from the Eisack Valley, from the cultivation area around the
Neustift monastery.

Raw material: Vineyards of the Neustift area, Eisack Valley
Distilling method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath
Alcohol strength: 42% VOL.
Volume: 0,5 l
Colour clarity: crystal clear, colourless
Nose: Fruity, floral bouquet reminiscent of Gewürztraminer
Palate: Full-bodied, fruity.
Finish: Persistent
Grappa Riesling 500ml PLUNHOF

Grappa Riesling 500ml PLUNHOF
RIESLING
GRAPPA

Riesling grappa. The Riesling grape produces its best results in cool areas, which is why this variety is a typical wine of northern wine-growing regions, such as Alsace. Like
all grape varieties that appreciate permeable, mineral soils, good aeration and cool nights, Riesling feels very much at home in Italy's northernmost vineyards around
Bressanone. The cultivation of this variety is enjoying a noticeable increase here, with the focus on quality and the search for a special, regionally typical Riesling. The wines
are characterised by an ethereal aroma and a lively taste. From the Riesling marc of small vineyards above Neustift, Florian Rabanser distils an excellent Riesling grappa of
outstanding quality, which captivates with a diverse play of fruit and a soft, typical palate.

Raw material: vineyards of the Neustift area
Distillation method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath
Alcohol strength: 42% VOL.
Volume: 0,5 l
Colour clarity: crystal clear, colourless
Nose: Varied fruit play with aromas of peach, apricot, quince and green apple
Palate: Full and typical
Finish: Surprisingly soft and pleasantly mild
Grappa Kerner 500ml ZU PLUN

Grappa Kerner 500ml ZU PLUN
KERNER
GRAPPA

Kerner Grappa. Kerner, which is only cultivated on about 30 hectares in South Tyrol's Vinschgau and especially in the Eisack Valley, is a comparatively young grape
variety - it was bred in the 1920s as a cross between red Trollinger and white Riesling. The vine produces a spicy, straw-yellow white wine with greenish reflections. The
Hofbrennerei Zu Plun obtains the marc for this wine from the Köferer vineyard in Neustift, where, in addition to Riesling and Silvaner, a solid Kerner with the minerality typical
of the growing region is pressed. Its class is also found in a clear grappa full of character. Like the wine, the Kerner Grappa from the Hofbrennerei Zu Plun is reserved on the
nose, but dry, full and very present on the palate. On the finish, this distillate has a restrained, finely structured aroma profile with nutmeg-like flavours.

Raw material: marc from the Köferer Hof in Neustift, Valle Isarco
Distilling method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath
Alcohol strength: 42% VOL.
Volume: 0,50 L.
Colour-Clarity: colourless, clear
Nose: Restrained nose, delicate.
Palate: Dry but present
Finish: Finely structured aroma profile with nutmeg-like flavours.
Grappa Gewürztraminer 500ml...

Grappa Gewürztraminer 500ml...
GEWÜRZTRAMINER GRAPPA

Despite its name, Gewürztraminer probably did not originally come from the South Tyrolean lowlands; its origins may lie in Egypt, or rather, in the dark. For many hundreds
of years, however, the exceptionally full-bodied, aromatic white wine has been cultivated in the area around Tramin in excellent quality, but it is one of those grape varieties
that you either love or don't love. As a distillate, however, the nuanced, spicy grape variety comes up trumps with a rich, multi-layered bouquet. The Dolomiti Gewürztaminer
Grappa from Zu Plun is distilled from the marcs of various vineyards in the South Tyrolean lowlands.

Raw material: marc from Traminer winegrowers
Distilling method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath
Alcohol strength: 43% VOL.
Volume: 0,50 L.
Colour-Clear: clear, colourless
Nose: Elegant, complex, distinctly layered bouquet with present floral tones.
Palate: Full-bodied, soft, fruity spiciness
Finish: Soft and typical
Grappa Blauburgunder 500ml...

Grappa Blauburgunder 500ml...

PINO NOIR
GRAPPA

Pinot Noir Grappa. Pinot Noir, also known as Pinot Noir or Pinot Nero depending on the region, is one of the most important noble grape varieties and a classic red wine of
cooler wine-growing regions. In Italy, for example, the majority of the area under cultivation is in the northern zones - such as South Tyrol, where this bright ruby-red wine
has been cultivated for over 150 years. Its juicy fruit aromas and dense structure also give Grappa Pinot Noir a special, complex richness. This single-varietal speciality is
distilled from pomace from small vineyards, such as the Eppan Stroblhof. This estate is known for its Pinot Noir Pigeno with its fine sour cherry bouquet and the special
Riserva, which is only vinified in above-average vintages. Selected, healthy and fully ripe grapes from the best sites and old vine stocks guarantee an elegant Pinot Noir with
balanced tannins and fine aromas, qualities that the master distiller from Plunhof also knows how to bring to life again in the grappa. On the nose, the Pinot Noir Grappa
unfolds aromas of fully ripe cherries, wild berries and a hint of bitter almond. On the palate, the distillate is powerful with very present tannins that combine with soft, lightly
fruity notes on the finish.

Raw material: Pinot Noir marc from small vineyards of the South Tyrolean Wine Route, Stroblhof Eppan
Distilling method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath
Alcohol strength: 42% VOL.
Volume: 0,50 L.
Colour/clarity: colourless, clear
Nose: Juicy fruit aromas, complex fullness, round and powerful.
Palate: fully ripe cherries and wild berries with a hint of bitter almond.
Finish: persistent aroma, mild
