The Marasca liqueur of 'La Dispensa di Amerigo' is made from marasca cherries picked exclusively in our valleys. The fruit of the morello cherry, together with sour cherries<br />and black cherries, is part of the group of sour cherries. The infusion in alcohol of both the pulp and the stone gives a delicate bitter almond aftertaste. The result is a typical<br />drink of our area, with tones that are anything but sour.<br />The Marasca liqueur from 'La Dispensa di Amerigo' is a classic alcoholic drink to drink at the end of a meal as a digestive.
