RAW MATERIAL: 14 kg of Williams pears and Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne.

DISTILLATION: The pears, from the Black Forest region, are harvested in autumn when they reach full maturity and when their skins take on a pinkish-amber colour. They
are stored in a cold place while waiting to be used to produce the aroma.

COLOUR: Intense amber

BOUQUET: It combines the typical olfactory scents of Cognac with the fruity aromas of Williams pears.

PAIRINGS: Excellent as a digestive, but if served very cold, together with two thirds of Champagne, it is also delicious as an aperitif.

TASTE: In tasting, it offers a unique and harmonious blend.
