TYPOLOGY: Port<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Douro<br />VINE: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Roriz and others.<br />VINIFICATION: Niepoort Tawny comes from vineyards in the Cima Corgo region of the Douro Valley. The grapes are pressed in the traditional way with subsequent<br />maturation in small, old oak barrels in the lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia.<br />COLOUR: bright brick red<br />BOUQUET: The bouquet is composed of fragrant aromas of red fruits and light nuances of dried fruits.<br />PAIRINGS: Excellent to drink at the end of a meal during dessert, combined with chocolate desserts. It can become a perfect aperitif wine if served slightly chilled, perhaps<br />together with pâté or foie gras.<br />TASTE: The palate is well balanced, with notes of unripe fruit. Very long persistence<br />AGING: minimum 3 and a half years.<br />

<br />TYPOLOGY: Port<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Douro<br />RAW MATERIAL: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Roriz and others.<br />VINIFICATION: The grapes used to produce the LBV Port come from the vineyards of Cima Corgo, an area located above the Corgo River in the Douro region. The<br />grapes are pressed in the traditional tanks called lagares, followed by maturation of the Port in large old oak vats in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.<br />COLOUR: intense ruby<br />BOUQUET: Intense aroma of wild fruits, spices, notes of dark chocolate, with a slight floral profile, making it a refined and very expressive Port wine<br />PAIRINGS: perfect with desserts in which chocolate predominates, especially dark chocolate. It also goes well with cheeses such as Cheddar and Brie. Ideal with red meat<br />(fillet with pepper) and game.<br />TASTE: fresh and seductive in the mouth, with good texture and body. CLOUDY BAY<br />SAUVIGNON<br />Pure, fresh and vibrant<br /><br />With its extraordinary aromas, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc was an instant success when it appeared on the market in 1985. This wine put New Zealand on the global wine<br />map and made Sauvignon Blanc famous as a single varietal wine. More than 80 expressions of 98 parcels are used in its creation, with yields kept low to produce a wine<br />with a concentrated aroma. The winemaking process aims to preserve and enhance the fresh, fruity notes, using selected yeasts and stainless steel vats, along with a small<br />percentage of barrel fermentation to give structure but without hinting of oak.<br />TASTING NOTES<br />Intense and vibrant, with aromas of ripe passion fruit, white peach and a hint of lime. Its rarity lies in the unique combination of grapes<br />from the classic terroir of Las Compuertas, in Luján de Cuyo, with the more recently discovered terroirs in the Valle de Uco: Gualtallary, Los Chacayes, Paraje Altamira<br />and Eugenio Bustos, all between 1,070 and 1,200 metres above sea level. The vines are between 20 and 90 years old.<br /><br />TASTING NOTES<br />A complex and layered expression, revealing aromas of red and black fruits, subtle hints of violets and delicate toasted notes.
