A new cuvée, a new interpretation of Franciacorta. Alma Non Dosato represents the contemporary and vibrant interpretation of Bellavista's great vigne-to. It is made from<br />predominantly chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. In the cellar it is blended from numerous selections from the harvest and some 'reserve' wines from previous years, with a<br />blend that chooses the most dynamic and reactive part of the wine's heritage. The colour of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage fine and continuous.<br />The aromas are fresh and deep, ranging from fresh flowers to white fruit, while the taste is savoury, fresh and sharp, complex and with a long, luminous finish.
