Il Pino di Biserno Magnum...
THE PINE OF BISERNO
2020
TUSCAN IGT RED
It is the purest and most direct expression of Bibbona's unique terroir. The special flavour of the grape makes Pino di Biserno a classic with an intriguing aroma,
distinguished by its excellent balance and timeless elegance. It shares an identity with its alter-ego, the Biserno.
INDICATIVE PERCENTAGE: Cabernet Franc 23%, Merlot 38%, Cabernet Sauvignon 22%, Petit Verdot 17%.
SOIL TYPE: Partly clayey, partly Bolgheri conglomerate.
GROWTH: The planting system is spurred cordon with a density of 6,500 vines/ha.
CLIMATE CONDITIONS: a moderate vintage with more consistent rainfall in the spring months that made temperatures a little cooler than average. Then the heat arrived in
early June bringing with it flowering, albeit with a slight delay. The summer recorded average temperatures with a good temperature difference between day and night. It can
be considered a good year.
HARVEST: Harvest began in the second week of September with the Merlot harvest, then continued with the Cabernet Franc and ended with the Cabernet Sauvignon and
Petit Verdot harvest in the first week of October.
VINIFICATION: The grapes were carefully selected on the vibrating belt in the cellar. Destemming and soft crushing; alcoholic fermentation in truncated conical steel tanks
for 3-4 weeks at 28°, malolactic fermentation in barriques for 25% of the mass, the remainder in steel.
AGING: The wine matures partly for 12 months in new and second-passage French oak barriques, the remaining 10% of the volume remains in steel.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby red in colour with purple reflections, on the nose it releases a complexity of aromas ranging from ripe red fruits to Mediterranean scrub and delicate
notes of tobacco and spices. On the palate it is soft, silky and tasty, calibrated in its dense and elegant tannic texture, long in the finish.
ALCOHOL: 14.5%
TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.0 G/L
PH: 3.67
Südtiroler Weiß DOC Appius...
Appius 2017

Through an extreme pre-selection of the grapes, combined with a careful maturation in the cellar and a successful assemblage, it was possible to achieve a true sensory
symphony despite the climatically adverse conditions of the 2017 vintage. The contribution of each individual grape variety does not emerge separately, but forms a powerful
symbiosis.

Eye: brilliant colour with yellowish, slightly olive reflections.
Nose: Intense and complex bouquet of yellow flowers (broom and lime), mainly white flowers (hawthorn and orange blossom) and citrus notes of mandarin and grapefruit.
Rarely white currant and gooseberry.
Taste: Fine, elegant, almost velvety on the palate, carried by a crisp acidity and a mineral and spicy structure. Franciacorta Brut Saten...
Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best vintages, it is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the high hillside vineyards.
The selection of the grapes is meticulous, to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once assembled, the cu-vée is aged in the cellar for a
minimum of 4 years. The abundant mousse, the very fine perlage and the golden straw colour announce enchanting and suave aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and
noisettes. The fine mouthfeel follows suit, it is soft and creamy, perfectly balanced between ripe touches and fresh sensations.

Grapes Chardonnay 100%
Training system Guyot
Planting density 5000 vines/ha
Yield100 quintals/ha
Average age of vines 25 years
Harvest period End of August, beginning of September
Ageing 65% pièces, 35% inox
Dosage 7 g/l
Acidity 6.7
Franciacorta Extra Brut Pas...
An idea that rises to the sky. This cuvée symbolises purity, energy, freshness and transformation, like the clouds that enchant as they pass. Pas Operé, a blend of
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, is the result of a rigorous vineyard selection process, so much so that it only comes from the historic plots that are over 30 years old and have a
predominantly southeastern exposure. The choice of no less than 40 vintage selections aims to define an essential, refined and elegant expression, without compromise. A
cuvée, of course, designed to last and evolve over time, as immediately expressive as it is long-lived. An exuberant white mousse is accompanied by a perlage of
unparalleled persistence and finesse, while the aromas are immediately complex, even in their essentiality.

Grapes Chardonnay 75%, Pinot Noir 25%.
Training system Guyot
Planting density 5000 vines/ha
Yield 100 quintals/ha
Average age of vines 30 years
Harvest period End of August, beginning of September
Ageing 45% pièces, 55% inox
Dosage < 2 g/l
Acidity 7.0
