Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best vintages, it is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the high hillside vineyards.
The selection of the grapes is meticulous, to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once assembled, the cu-vée is aged in the cellar for a
minimum of 4 years. The abundant mousse, the very fine perlage and the golden straw colour announce enchanting and suave aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and
noisettes. The fine mouthfeel follows suit, it is soft and creamy, perfectly balanced between ripe touches and fresh sensations.
