TYPOLOGY: Chablis AOP white wine<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Chablis<br />GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay.<br />VINIFICATION: The whole bunches are harvested in a pneumatic press; 12 hours of sedimentation at 12-15 ºC in wide tanks specially designed to speed up the process<br />and produce very clear juice. 2 weeks fermentation at 16 ºC in stainless steel tanks.<br />COLOUR: pale gold.<br />BOUQUET: Young, pungent nose with mineral overtones.<br />PAIRINGS: Perfect as an aperitif or with shrimp and watercress salad, Japanese food or oysters. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C<br />FLAVOUR: fresh and harmonious palate with flavours of white fruits and spring flowers.<br />AGEING: aged for 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.<br />

A link between memory and vision, past and future.<br />Obviously, only the best selections can be part of this exclusive blend: the best soils and the best exposures, the best grapes and the best harvest splits. The fruit from the<br />oldest vines is fermented in small white oak barrels, while the long élevage on the lees involves the use of a cork. The colour of the wine is bright yellow, the foam rich and<br />creamy, the perlage of interminable persistence. The bouquet is ample and kaleidoscopic, capable of continuous transformations that range from ripe yellow fruit to<br />wildflower honey, from pastries to candied citrus fruits, to hints of smoke and laurel. Impressive is the consistency of the palate, dense and creamy, generous and rich,<br />very long in the sip and in the aromas. Classification<br />Franciacorta DOCG<br />Vintage<br />2021<br />Vinification<br />The 2020 growing season in Franciacorta began with mild<br />winter weather that prompted normal budbreak during the first<br />two weeks of April. Flowering took place during the second half<br />of May under mild climatic conditions. June brought lower-<br />than-average temperatures and generous rainfall while July was<br />dry and breezy, ideal conditions for optimal veraison and<br />ripening phases. Excellent temperature swings between day<br />and night allowed the grapes to develop rich aromas and bright<br />acidity, ideal for producing fine sparkling wine. The grape<br />harvest for Donna Cora began mid-August.<br /><br />Tasting Notes<br />Donna Cora is straw yellow in color. Its creamy mousse and delicate, persistent perlage define the finest qualities of<br />Franciacorta Satèn. The nose presents elegant notes of white flower blossoms and pleasant hints of white pulp fruit.<br />The palate reveals balance and complexity, the perfect expression of an extraordinary and elegant vintage.<br />Historical Data<br />The Montenisa estate is located around the hamlet of Calino, near Lake Iseo in the heart of the Franciacorta<br />appellation. The vineyards surrounding the proprietary villa of the Maggi family have been the heart of the<br />production of Marchese Antinori Franciacorta since 1999.<br />

<br />TYPOLOGY: Port<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Douro<br />RAW MATERIAL: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Roriz and others.<br />VINIFICATION: The grapes used to produce the LBV Port come from the vineyards of Cima Corgo, an area located above the Corgo River in the Douro region. The<br />grapes are pressed in the traditional tanks called lagares, followed by maturation of the Port in large old oak vats in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.<br />COLOUR: intense ruby<br />BOUQUET: Intense aroma of wild fruits, spices, notes of dark chocolate, with a slight floral profile, making it a refined and very expressive Port wine<br />PAIRINGS: perfect with desserts in which chocolate predominates, especially dark chocolate. CLOUDY BAY<br />SAUVIGNON<br />Pure, fresh and vibrant<br /><br />With its extraordinary aromas, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc was an instant success when it appeared on the market in 1985. This wine put New Zealand on the global wine<br />map and made Sauvignon Blanc famous as a single varietal wine. More than 80 expressions of 98 parcels are used in its creation, with yields kept low to produce a wine<br />with a concentrated aroma. The winemaking process aims to preserve and enhance the fresh, fruity notes, using selected yeasts and stainless steel vats, along with a small<br />percentage of barrel fermentation to give structure but without hinting of oak.<br />TASTING NOTES<br />Intense and vibrant, with aromas of ripe passion fruit, white peach and a hint of lime. The palate is deliciously concentrated and tropical, with saline notes providing<br />structure, while the passion fruit and vibrant citrus acidity bring balance.<br />

Its rarity lies in the unique combination of grapes<br />from the classic terroir of Las Compuertas, in Luján de Cuyo, with the more recently discovered terroirs in the Valle de Uco: Gualtallary, Los Chacayes, Paraje Altamira<br />and Eugenio Bustos, all between 1,070 and 1,200 metres above sea level. The vines are between 20 and 90 years old.<br /><br />TASTING NOTES<br />A complex and layered expression, revealing aromas of red and black fruits, subtle hints of violets and delicate toasted notes.
