A new cuvée, a new interpretation of Franciacorta. Alma Non Dosato represents the contemporary and vibrant interpretation of Bellavista's great vigne-to. It is made from
predominantly chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. In the cellar it is blended from numerous selections from the harvest and some 'reserve' wines from previous years, with a
blend that chooses the most dynamic and reactive part of the wine's heritage. The colour of the wine is straw yellow with green reflections, the perlage fine and continuous.
The aromas are fresh and deep, ranging from fresh flowers to white fruit, while the taste is savoury, fresh and sharp, complex and with a long, luminous finish. A wine with
backbone, class and elegance.
