VINEYARDS:
From a selection of our family-owned vineyards in La Morra and Serralunga in the Barolo area, in San Rocco Seno D'Elvio in the Barbaresco area, in Sinio and in Diano
d'Alba. VINIFICATION: In steel. Maceration on the skins for about 20 days.
AGING:
In French and Slavonian oak barrels for about 24 months and in barriques for a small part.
NOTES:
Our Nebbiolo is enriched by a small addition of Nebbiolo grapes from the Barolo and Barbaresco areas that give body, structure and longevity. Intense and ripe fruit, but
still fresh, orbid and almost sweet tannins give pleasantness and fragrance. Long-lived.
