The stony limestone gravel soils and the<br />cool fall winds produce a lively and expressive Sauvignon. JOSEPH GEWÜRZTRAMINER<br /><br />This Gewürztraminer presents itself as a wine of great individuality. Of an intensely bright straw-yellow colour, it impresses with its compactness and its unmistakable aroma<br />with hints of dried flowers and rose petals, which steadily expand and condense in the glass.<br />On the tongue, it appears rich and substantial with a dense body, yet fresh and lively.<br />GT Josef<br />Hofstätter Classification<br /><br />Grape variety<br /><br />Gewürztraminer<br />Soil<br /><br />Loose, well-aerated and easily heated marl soils.<br />Vinification<br /><br />The grapes are lightly crushed after delivery, the must is left in contact with the skins for a few hours and then gently pressed. Natural sedimentation and fermentation at<br />controlled temperature produce a wine unique in taste and aroma spectrum.<br />Food recommendation<br /><br />As an aperitif, strong starters, Asian-oriented cuisine, shellfish and Gorgonzola cheese.<br />

First born among the wines that make up the MOMA line dedicated to the world of art, the label bears the work Golden Glass by Milanese artist Beatrice Pani, first prize-<br />winner at the third edition of the Umberto Cesari Art Contest.<br /><br />Blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown on medium-textured clay soils. The vineyards have an average age of 15 years and a yield of 80 quintals of<br />grapes per hectare. Fermented in vertical steel vats at controlled temperature for 12-14 days. Matured for 6 months in 30 HL Slavonian oak casks and a further 3 months in<br />bottle.<br /><br />Colour: light red with violet reflections.<br />Bouquet: intense plum, violet and red fruits.<br />Taste: pleasantly velvety on the palate, with the fruity hints typical of Sangiovese, the softness of Merlot and the 'balsamicity' of Cabernet Sauvignon.
