Recommendation: try it as an aperitif, with light starters, summer salads, asparagus dishes, grilled fish or with mild sliced and fresh cheeses!
Vinification: Whole cluster pressing of ripe and above all perfectly healthy grapes, 18-hour maceration, natural must clarification, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 °C (approx. 50% spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels), 5-month ageing on the fine lees, filtration and bottling in March.
Vineyard:Steep south/south-western slope at 700 m above sea level with sandy-loamy porphyry weathered soil.
