They<br />are stored in a cold place while waiting to be used to produce the aroma.<br /><br />COLOUR: Intense amber<br /><br />BOUQUET: It combines the typical olfactory scents of Cognac with the fruity aromas of Williams pears.<br /><br />PAIRINGS: Excellent as a digestive, but if served very cold, together with two thirds of Champagne, it is also delicious as an aperitif.<br /><br />TASTE: In tasting, it offers a unique and harmonious blend.<br />
