In its aromatic profile, the fruity and spicy families dominate, as is natural in grappas of long ageing and<br />high quality. In the fruity range, the precious note of dried fruit prevails, which is rare to find so clearly: candied fruit, prunes, sultanas, combine with softer hints of jam, fruit<br />in syrup and citrus fruit s. In the spicy range, the barricaded scent dominates, which goes hand in hand with pepper, liquorice, cloves and tobacco.
