Intervallo combines gentian, galanga, wormwood, laurel, marjoram skilfully worked in single and separate infusions, with<br />mint and sage worked in steam distillations.<br />I forgot, there are no citrus fruits. To close a bottle, one must know how to wait, very patiently, for the natural cycle of the botanicals. Intervallo is magic. It is bergamot, bitter and sweet oranges,<br />rosemary, eucalyptus and oregano that, combined with other bittering herbs, make Jefferson natural and unique. Its Mediterranean yet complex taste can be enjoyed both at<br />room temperature and chilled.
