In distilling the berries combined with other botanicals, he used all his medical and alchemical knowledge to<br />create an authentic, rural Gin.<br /><br />I will never forget his words to describe his experience: 'the rain falls sublimely on my juniper, softening the harsh parts of this territory of Rocca Imperiale, capable of giving a<br />unique fruit, never discovered, never explored. I am jealous of things that are not mine, the possessive instinct destroys me, my hands are full of thorns, my feet hurt, my<br />tiredness seems to vanish at the mere thought that those who try this Gin will feel something unique'.
