The response<br />from gin enthusiasts was enthusiastic, leading the producers to create Wonderleaf.<br /><br />PRODUCT: Wonderleaf is actually the non-alcoholic version of Siegfried Gin, made from the same botanicals. It is the perfect product for creating non-alcoholic cocktails<br />with the taste and character of its big brother. Try it with tonic or as a gin substitute in the great mixing classics.<br /><br />PROFILE: As with its alcoholic version, Wonderleaf has notes of bitter orange accompanied by hints of thyme, cardamom and juniper. On the palate the freshness of<br />lavender meets the spicy notes of ginger, pepper and angelica root before giving us the final warming finish of lime blossom.<br />
