CLOUDY BAY<br />SAUVIGNON<br />Pure, fresh and vibrant<br /><br />With its extraordinary aromas, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc was an instant success when it appeared on the market in 1985. This wine put New Zealand on the global wine<br />map and made Sauvignon Blanc famous as a single varietal wine. More than 80 expressions of 98 parcels are used in its creation, with yields kept low to produce a wine<br />with a concentrated aroma. The winemaking process aims to preserve and enhance the fresh, fruity notes, using selected yeasts and stainless steel vats, along with a small<br />percentage of barrel fermentation to give structure but without hinting of oak.<br />TASTING NOTES<br />Intense and vibrant, with aromas of ripe passion fruit, white peach and a hint of lime. The palate is deliciously concentrated and tropical, with saline notes providing<br />structure, while the passion fruit and vibrant citrus acidity bring balance.<br />

An explosive harmony.<br /><br />THE NOSE<br />The nose is complete and voluble, an interweaving of flowers and fruits, followed by the union of vegetal and mineral notes. The bouquet is tactile, a discreet invitation to<br />follow the powdery trail of white flowers, edged by the sweetness of apricot and mirabella, and then arriving at the freshness of rhubarb and mint, to the minerality of ash.<br />White pepper.<br /><br />THE PALATE<br />It is energy that dominates the palate. Made from grapes from the Montagne de Reims (Verzenay, Verzy, Bouzy et Ambonnay) together with a touch of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Obtained with 7%<br />grapes from the Bouzy Grand Cru, a rare and elusive red wine terroir in the northernmost part of the region, which gives the blend an inimitable colour, fruity taste and<br />texture.<br /><br />A unique blend of still white wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes vinified separately, with 7% Bouzy Grand Cru red wines vinified to be soft yet intense. This<br />method consolidates the full and intense character of Pinot Noir with the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay. Made with 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay.<br /><br />Lallier's Rosé illuminates every aperitif moment with a delicate, sumptuous touch and bursting fruit.
