First born among the wines that make up the MOMA line dedicated to the world of art, the label bears the work Golden Glass by Milanese artist Beatrice Pani, first prize-<br />winner at the third edition of the Umberto Cesari Art Contest.<br /><br />Blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown on medium-textured clay soils. The vineyards have an average age of 15 years and a yield of 80 quintals of<br />grapes per hectare. Fermented in vertical steel vats at controlled temperature for 12-14 days. Matured for 6 months in 30 HL Slavonian oak casks and a further 3 months in<br />bottle.<br /><br />Colour: light red with violet reflections.<br />Bouquet: intense plum, violet and red fruits.<br />Taste: pleasantly velvety on the palate, with the fruity hints typical of Sangiovese, the softness of Merlot and the 'balsamicity' of Cabernet Sauvignon. <br />Talò Malvasia Nera Salento I.G.P.<br />750 ml<br /><br />In San Marzano, the vine-growers take care of their small vineyard as one would a garden.<br />Their stories are many, as are the names of their families.<br />We have chosen one, Talò, to thank them ideally: family for family, story for story.<br /><br />Grape variety: Malvasia Nera di Brindisi.<br />Area: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. About 100 metres above sea level.<br />Soil: Medium-textured, clayey, shallow and with a good presence of skeleton.<br />Cultivation: Espallier (4,500 vines per hectare).<br />Harvest: Second half of September.<br />Vinification: Thermo-controlled maceration for about 10 days followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.<br />Ageing: In French oak barriques for 6 months.<br />Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby red colour; complex bouquet reminiscent of ripe red fruits and spices; very full-bodied wine, pleasantly soft and long lasting.<br />Food pairing: Red meats, roasts with elaborate sauces and moderately mature cheeses.<br />Serve at: 16-18 °C.<br />

Soft pressing and destemming of the grapes. Primary fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled<br />temperature (29-30 degrees) without the addition of external yeasts. Maceration on the skins for 12-15 days for the Cabernet S. and for about 15-18 days for the<br />Sangiovese, with successive phases of pumping over and delestage to soften and refine the tannins. TYPOLOGY: Port<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Douro<br />VINE: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Roriz and others.<br />VINIFICATION: Niepoort Tawny comes from vineyards in the Cima Corgo region of the Douro Valley. The grapes are pressed in the traditional way with subsequent<br />maturation in small, old oak barrels in the lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia.<br />COLOUR: bright brick red<br />BOUQUET: The bouquet is composed of fragrant aromas of red fruits and light nuances of dried fruits.<br />PAIRINGS: Excellent to drink at the end of a meal during dessert, combined with chocolate desserts. It can become a perfect aperitif wine if served slightly chilled, perhaps<br />together with pâté or foie gras.<br />TASTE: The palate is well balanced, with notes of unripe fruit. The silky and creamy carbonate makes room for the acidity to stimulate salivation. Perfect as an aperitif but also<br />able to display all the versatility of the classic method when accompanying meals. Excellent with freshwater fish, during the entire meal, with poultry, cold white meats and<br />summer salads. Combines successfully with a quality Parmesan cheese. <br />Ronchedone Red Wine<br /><br />In the area where the first morainic hills rise, red wines of considerable thickness and power are also obtained and Ronchedone is the absolute demonstration of this.<br />Strongly desired from the moment it was felt that certain areas and certain microclimates were suitable for obtaining a wine like this. Marzemino, Sangiovese and 10%<br />Cabernet make it a wine that cannot go unnoticed. The nose is very rich with notes of red fruits, macerated blueberries, morello cherries in alcohol, balsamic and jammy<br />hints. On the palate it is powerful and incisive, clean, savoury, with a fine acidity, a sign of the Benaco soil. PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOP<br />Sessantanni<br />Typology: Red<br />Grape variety: Primitivo<br />Denomination: Primitivo di Manduria DOP<br />Cultivation: Trees at least sixty years old<br />Planting density: 5,000 vines per hectare<br />Production area: Valle del Sessantanni, about 40 hectares between San Marzano and Sava (TA). The thermal values characterise a rather warm environment with very low<br />annual rainfall and very high temperature variations, which has a positive effect on the quality of the grapes. This is the classic growing area for Primitivo di Manduria PDO.<br />Soil: Red residual soil with a fine texture, calcareous substrate and sparse rock outcrops. The famous red hue of these soils is due to the high content of iron oxides.<br />Harvest: Mid-September<br />Vinification: Hand-picking of slightly overripe grapes; destemming and maceration, maceration at 8°C for 24-48 hours before fermentation. Thermally controlled maceration<br />and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days at 24-26°C. Final bottling with soft presses.<br />Maturation: Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by 12 months in French and American oak barriques.<br />Organoleptic characteristics: Very deep and elegant ruby red colour; rich and complex bouquet, fruity with notes of plums, cherry jam with a slight spiciness and hints of<br />tobacco. A wine of great body, soft and rich in noble tannins, with a finish that offers notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.<br />Pairings: Strong first courses, red meat and game.<br />Serve at: 18°C<br />
