Bruno Paillard Brut prem....

Extra-Brut Première Cuvée
45% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier

Production area: Reims
Soil: limestone
Harvest: manual
Vinification: 32 Crus vinified separately in tanks or barrels. Reserve wines made up of 25 different vintages blended since 1985, in proportions of up to 50%.
Maturation: on the lees for 40 months, resting in the cellar for at least 3 to 4 months after disgorgement and before marketing
Colour: brilliant straw gold, revealing the exclusive use of the first pressing and the important percentage of Chardonnay. Very fine and extremely lively perlage
Bouquet: fresh and fruity, dominated by citrus aromas - green lemon, grapefruit - typical of Chardonnay. Then the red fruits appear: black cherry, currant, raspberry, typical
of Pinot Noir.
Taste: A lively attack thanks to a weak dosage that respects the authenticity of the wine. The minerality of the chalk is noticeable. Flavours of citrus, almond, toasted bread,
but also of currant jelly and black fruits such as cherry are immediately apparent.
Bitterness: 6 g/l
Alcoholic Grade: 12% vol
