This grape variety most likely originates from Germany and was introduced to South Tyrol around 1900; today it is mainly cultivated in the Eisack Valley. The Sylvaner grape<br />feels particularly at home in the not too high, airy and warm slopes of the central Valle Isarco. Grape variety: Petit Verdot ,Syrah, Lagrein, Merlot,Cabernet Sauvignon - in equal proportions.<br />Vinification: The different grape varieties are harvested at the same time and processed together.
