Franciacorta Brut Saten...
Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best vintages, it is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the high hillside vineyards.
The selection of the grapes is meticulous, to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once assembled, the cu-vée is aged in the cellar for a
minimum of 4 years. The abundant mousse, the very fine perlage and the golden straw colour announce enchanting and suave aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and
noisettes. The fine mouthfeel follows suit, it is soft and creamy, perfectly balanced between ripe touches and fresh sensations.

Grapes Chardonnay 100%
Training system Guyot
Planting density 5000 vines/ha
Yield100 quintals/ha
Average age of vines 25 years
Harvest period End of August, beginning of September
Ageing 65% pièces, 35% inox
Dosage 7 g/l
Acidity 6.7
Franciacorta Extra Brut Pas...
An idea that rises to the sky. This cuvée symbolises purity, energy, freshness and transformation, like the clouds that enchant as they pass. Pas Operé, a blend of
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, is the result of a rigorous vineyard selection process, so much so that it only comes from the historic plots that are over 30 years old and have a
predominantly southeastern exposure. The choice of no less than 40 vintage selections aims to define an essential, refined and elegant expression, without compromise. A
cuvée, of course, designed to last and evolve over time, as immediately expressive as it is long-lived. An exuberant white mousse is accompanied by a perlage of
unparalleled persistence and finesse, while the aromas are immediately complex, even in their essentiality.

Grapes Chardonnay 75%, Pinot Noir 25%.
Training system Guyot
Planting density 5000 vines/ha
Yield 100 quintals/ha
Average age of vines 30 years
Harvest period End of August, beginning of September
Ageing 45% pièces, 55% inox
Dosage < 2 g/l
Acidity 7.0
