Magnum Coffret Champange...

Magnum Coffret Champange...

The perfect harmony

Dom Pérignon creates only Vintage Champagnes, made from the best grapes selected in a single vintage.
He never stops reinventing himself, to always interpret the exclusive character of each season to the best of his ability. It refuses to compromise, renouncing the creation of
the Millesimato when the vintage is not up to scratch.
After an elaboration of at least eight years, the wine achieves perfect balance, the House's finest promise. This is Dom Pérignon Vintage, the Plénitude of Harmony.

EXPLOSIVE HARMONY
For Dom Pérignon, the assemblage is the grand rendezvous of Champagne elaboration. It is the creative gesture that, starting in the vineyard, through a search for intuition
and creation, draws on contrasts and paradoxes, juxtapositions and complementarities, and thus reveals its personal truth for each vintage.

It is a blend that invites an unexpected inner dialogue. Today, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 and its explosive harmony stand out.

The unpredictability of the 2012 seasons, their authority and generosity, composed a singular olfactory landscape of extraordinary variety. An unparalleled richness and
diversity of fruit: in 2012, every grape variety, every region, every village, every plot of land reached the peak of its potential, giving rise to a vintage that combines all
polarities.

In a blend of intensity, restrained tensions and extreme contrasts, the 2012 Dom Pérignon Vintage assemblage reveals a singular structure, vibrating to the rhythm of a
controlled energy, channelled by the acidic and bitter notes, which bursts and shines. An explosive harmony.

THE NOSE
The nose is complete and voluble, an interweaving of flowers and fruits, followed by the union of vegetal and mineral notes. The bouquet is tactile, a discreet invitation to
follow the powdery trail of white flowers, edged by the sweetness of apricot and mirabella, and then arriving at the freshness of rhubarb and mint, to the minerality of ash.
White pepper.

THE PALATE
It is energy that dominates the palate. After a pleasant opening, the wine quickly becomes vibrant and then literally explodes. The effervescence is rampant, the sensation is
tonic. The finish, which converges on acidic and bitter notes, narrows and becomes penetrating, leaving its mark, marked by ginger, tobacco and toasted aromas.
La Rose de Manincor 2024...

Awards

2019 | Decanter | 95 points
2019 | Genuss Magazin | 91 points

Grape varieties

Merlot 35%, Cabernet Franc 30%, Pinot Noir 14%, Tempranillo 6%, Syrah 6%, Lagrein 5%, Petit Verdot 4%

Location & soil

Our best red wine sites in Manincor, at Seehof, Panholzerhof and in Mazzon, between 250 and 500 m above sea-level, with strong clayey soils interspersed with limestone
gravel and other glacial rock deposits.

Vintage

2023 was a challenging year with climatic conditions that were anything but easy. Through hard work and meticulous attention to detail, we ultimately achieved great results.
Our vines coped well with both the wet spring and the hot and dry summer, and the golden autumn helped us achieve perfect ripeness. Physiolog-ical ripeness, sugar
ripeness and acidity are in perfect balance. Ripe fruit, cool character and moderate alcohol characterise the vintage.
From mid-September to the end of October, we were able to harvest all our red wine varieties at the best time. The average yield per hectare was 53 hl.

Winemaking

La Rose de Manincor is the result of the top red wine batches being made by the saignée method, i.e. bleeding off a proportion of wine after only short contact with the
skins - in this case 6 to 12 hours; it increases the ratio of skins to juice in the vat in order to obtain a red wine with more colour and tannin. Consequently the composition
and character of the rosé wine may vary slightly from year to year. The lightly coloured juice so obtained is fermented in oak barrels partially using yeasts occurring
naturally on the grapes. The young wine is subsequently matured on the fine lees to allow the aromas and flavour to develop.

Data

Residual sugar: 0.9 g/l
Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Acidity: malolactic fermentation: 6.0 g/l

Description & drinking recommendation

Bright salmon red in colour with a bouquet reminiscent of raspberry and cherry, juicy and creamy on the palate, excellent length with a mineral-fruity aftertaste.
Enjoy at optimum maturity from early summer 2024 to the end of 2027.
Serve: very lightly chilled but not cold; 46 - 50 °F
An excellent match for well-seasoned first courses, fried or smoked fish as well as dishes of white and grilled meats.

Our claim

Biodynamic
Respekt-BIODYN
Vegan
Gewürztraminer 2021...

KOLBENHOF
VIGNA GEWÜRZTRAMINER

The Kolbenhof Gewürztraminer shows an intense golden yellow colour with delicate greenish reflections in the glass. Aromas of ripe yellow fruits, especially peaches and
apricots, mingle with exotic scents of lychee, mango and passion fruit. On the palate, these fruity impressions continue, while the wine still has a fine acidity that never
makes it seem too lush despite its concentration. A Gewürztraminer that can convince with aromatic length.

This Gewürztraminer is a selection from the best vineyards of our Kolbenhof estate in Söll / Tramin. Thanks to the special microclimate, the ideal orientation and the age of
its vines, the Kolbenhof estate is one of the great cru sites for South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer. This grape variety owes its name to its place of origin, Tramin.

Only the classification 'Vigna' guarantees the origin of a site wine in South Tyrol.
GT KH
Hofstätter Classification

Grape variety

Gewürztraminer
Soil

Loam and limestone gravel.
Vinification

After delivery, the grapes are lightly crushed and the must is left in contact with the skins for a few hours to bring out the fruitiness of the wine. After a gentle pressing and
natural sedimentation of the lees, the must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Maturation

After fermentation, the Kolbenhof Gewürztraminer matures for another 8 months on the fine lees.
