Pfeffer PINK<br />IGT Dolomiti Rosato<br /><br />Joy of life 'Pfefferer' in rosé: Clear fruit, fine, spicy notes, pleasant freshness and a bright, pale pink colour.<br />Description: A fresh wine with an appealing aromatic bouquet and a bright rosé hue. Aromas of red berries such as strawberry and delicate peach and spicy notes followed<br />by a stimulating acidity are typical of this palate-pleasing wine.<br />Ageing potential: 2 years.<br />Recommended food: Ideal aperitif wine! Goes well with spicy antipasti and various fish dishes.<br />Serving temperature:10° C.<br />Grape variety: Selected grape varieties that best reflect our growing region.<br />Vineyards: Vineyards on gravelly-sandy soils.<br />Vinification: After a short maceration period, the red and white grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. The Grand Régnard is produced each year, in limited quantities, from a selection of the best crus<br />to bring out the best characteristics of the area using only the first pressing and the 'jus de goutte'.<br /><br />Soil: marly and calcareous-clayey with the subsoil characterised by the presence of fossils.<br /><br />Grape varieties: 100% chardonnay<br /><br />Characteristics of the Cru: Exposure: west<br /><br />Age: 35-year-old vines.<br /><br />Tasting notes:<br />Straw yellow colour with bright, shining reflections. We find intense aromas of tropical fruits, apricot and rennet apple on the nose. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with<br />great intensity, in which the mineral notes and freshness are on display, confirming the great and typical characteristics of the best Chablis.<br />

Cloudy Bay Chardonnay<br />comes from vineyards located in the sub-regions of Omaka, Brancott, Rapaura and Renwick and requires the same time and precision as a great Burgundy white: around 2<br />years of oak ageing.<br />TASTING NOTES<br />Immediately seductive and perfumed, with aromas of white peach, apricot, flowering trees and warm hay. The palate is concentrated and inviting: hints of apple and pear<br />balanced by vanilla, hazelnut and a delicate saline note. The finish is long and fascinating, refreshed by a hint of citrusy acidity.<br />
