Obtained with 7%<br />grapes from the Bouzy Grand Cru, a rare and elusive red wine terroir in the northernmost part of the region, which gives the blend an inimitable colour, fruity taste and<br />texture.<br /><br />A unique blend of still white wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes vinified separately, with 7% Bouzy Grand Cru red wines vinified to be soft yet intense. This<br />method consolidates the full and intense character of Pinot Noir with the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay. Made with 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay.<br /><br />Lallier's Rosé illuminates every aperitif moment with a delicate, sumptuous touch and bursting fruit. <br />TYPOLOGY: Port<br />PRODUCTION AREA: Douro<br />RAW MATERIAL: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinto Cão, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Amarela, Sousão, Tinta Roriz and others.<br />VINIFICATION: The grapes used to produce the LBV Port come from the vineyards of Cima Corgo, an area located above the Corgo River in the Douro region. The grapes are<br />pressed in the traditional tanks called lagares, followed by maturation of the Port in large old oak vats in the cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.<br />COLOUR: intense ruby<br />BOUQUET: Intense aroma of wild fruits, spices, notes of dark chocolate, with a slight floral profile, making it a refined and very expressive Port wine<br />PAIRINGS: perfect with desserts in which chocolate predominates, especially dark chocolate. This wine is a blend of three varietals. The Clairette brings the freshness and zest of citrus, the Viognier the aromatic depth and roundness, and the Grenache the notes of<br />white flowers.<br />The grapes are harvested early in the morning and completely destemmed. The fermentation in stainless-steel vats preserves the full aromatic freshness. The wine has a<br />nose of citrus and apricots, a round and generous mouthfeel, and a fresh and flavourful finish.<br />
