The Wine<br /><br />The name Cervaro comes from the noble family that owned Castello della Sala during the 14th century, Monaldeschi della Cervara. Cervaro della<br />Sala is one of the first Italian white wines to have malolactic fermentation and aging take place in barriques. The bouquet is reminiscent of<br />nettle, apples, green peppers and tropical fruits.<br />With a harmonious balance of acidity and minerality, notes of elderberry, banana and vanilla enrich the lively character of this wine.<br />Thanks to its excellent quality, this wine has been included in the Bernardi collection.
