Maturation in bottle<br />in a horizontal position for at least one year.<br /><br />TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose is intense, typical with hints of red fruit and divanilla. The frost night in May and the hailstorm in<br />August put the vegetation in the vineyard to a hard test. Nevertheless, thanks to the wonderful autumn weather with warm days and cold nights the harvest went very well.<br />2019 is a vintage that reflects our terroir. The wines present themselves very fruity and typical of their variety, with fresh and pleasant acidity. - summarizes our winemaker<br />Celestino Lucin. All in all, 2019 presents itself as an exceptional vintage with lower quantity but convincing levels of quality.<br />

Time is a precious commodity: it takes at least 84 months on the<br />lees to transfer the complex history of the vintage, the identity of the vineyard and the characteristics of the variety into the wine. It is an extra brut with a dosage of about 3<br />g/l. The enveloping taste and structure are merited by the quality of the grapes from old vines and the ripeness of the fruit. It stands out for its 'Bordeaux' profile (Merlot 90-95% and Cabernet Sauvignon 5-10%) and for its pure-blooded Friulian character.<br />A warm and rich wine, with refined tannins and a very long finish.
