Spumante Marchesi Guerrieri...

Trento d.o.c. blanc de blancspas dosè
It is the unceasing work of numerous sparkling wine producers who strongly believe in the territory and in the quality of a unique wine: producing a Trentodoc sparkling
wine is a precious art, a vocation, a skill.

The skilful hands of Marchesi Guerrieri Gonzaga have given life to a new expression of their savoir faire with Trentodoc sparkling wine, a tribute to the mountains of
Trentino where it originates.
Marchesi Guerrieri Gonzaga sparkling wine is a Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosè. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Pressano hills at an altitude of 400
metres, on marly-calcareous soils that produce structured wines, and in the upper Cembra valley at an altitude of between 400 and 700 metres on sandy soils of porphyry
origin, where more floral wines are produced, with a marked acidity and great freshness. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand between the last ten days of August
and the first days of September. The grapes are immediately processed and fermentation is carried out exclusively in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine
remains for at least 8 months on its yeasts, which give it complexity before being bottled. It then remains for a minimum of 36 months in refinement where the magic of the
wine comes to life. Finally, after disgorging, it rests a further 6 months in the silence of the cellars. The blend of these grapes from such different vineyards gives rise to an
extremely elegant and vertical sparkling wine with a strong identity, a tribute to the wonderful mountains of Trentino.
Trento DOC Altemasi Brut...

Trento DOC Altemasi Brut...

Altemasi Rosé
TRENTO DOC METODO CLASSICO Altemasi Rosé represents a harmonious union between the elegance of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir, for a refined
bouquet of small fruits.

Area of production: The wines of this important cuvée come from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested in the high hillside vineyards around Trento and on the
Brentonico plateau at altitudes between 450 and 600 m above sea level, facing south and southwest. The Chardonnay is grown on soils that are mainly of fluvial-glacial
origin, of medium depth, tend to be calcareous and rich in skeleton. The soils chosen for the Pinot Noir are of volcanic origin, originating on the basalt of the Brentonico
plateau, with a medium texture and well structured.
Vinification and refinement:The grapes are harvested by hand and delivered in crates to the cellars where vinification takes place. Only the whole Chardonnay berries are
slowly pressed to separate the different fractions of must which, inoculated with selected yeasts, ferments at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine
from Pinot Noir is made using the 'submerged cap' system, which consists of leaving the must in contact with the skins until the first signs of fermentation begin; then only
the must is separated and fermentation continues in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. This allows us to obtain a soft, delicate colour from the skins, a distinctive
feature of Cavit's Trentodoc rosé. Foaming in the bottle takes place the following spring and the wine remains on the lees for at least 15 months. On disgorging, a small
amount of 'liqueur d'expédition' is added.
Analytical data:
Alcohol: 12.50% vol.
Total acidity: 6 g/l
Net dry extract: 22 g/l
Residual sugars: 7 g/l
Contains sulphites
Tasting notes: A Classical Method sparkling wine, pale pink in colour with light copper highlights, creamy white mousse, fine and persistent perlage, complex bouquet with
fruity notes reminiscent of ripe cherries, redcurrants and red apples, a rich, well-balanced flavour with a very persistent aftertaste.Serving suggestions: Suitable as an aperitif,
but especially at table with soups and main courses of white meat or game.
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
