KOLBENHOF<br />VIGNA GEWÜRZTRAMINER<br /><br />The Kolbenhof Gewürztraminer shows an intense golden yellow colour with delicate greenish reflections in the glass. Aromas of ripe yellow fruits, especially peaches and<br />apricots, mingle with exotic scents of lychee, mango and passion fruit. On the palate, these fruity impressions continue, while the wine still has a fine acidity that never<br />makes it seem too lush despite its concentration. A Gewürztraminer that can convince with aromatic length.<br /><br />This Gewürztraminer is a selection from the best vineyards of our Kolbenhof estate in Söll / Tramin. Thanks to the special microclimate, the ideal orientation and the age of<br />its vines, the Kolbenhof estate is one of the great cru sites for South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer. This grape variety owes its name to its place of origin, Tramin.<br /><br />Only the classification 'Vigna' guarantees the origin of a site wine in South Tyrol.<br />GT KH<br />Hofstätter Classification<br /><br />Grape variety<br /><br />Gewürztraminer<br />Soil<br /><br />Loam and limestone gravel.<br />Vinification<br /><br />After delivery, the grapes are lightly crushed and the must is left in contact with the skins for a few hours to bring out the fruitiness of the wine. After a gentle pressing and<br />natural sedimentation of the lees, the must ferments at a controlled temperature.<br />Maturation<br /><br />After fermentation, the Kolbenhof Gewürztraminer matures for another 8 months on the fine lees. The fine yeast is stirred weekly (battonage).<br />Recommended food<br /><br />Aperitif, shellfish, Asian dishes and mild Gorgonzola cheese.<br />

BERNARDI Cuvee white<br />Wine appellation: 'Bernardi' Chardonnay-Sauvignon Vineyard Dolomites 2022<br />Grape variety: Chardonnay and Sauvignon<br />Origin/situation: from the hills above Tramin at about 400 - 450 m above sea level<br />Producer: Tramin Winery<br />Wine street, 144<br />39040 Tramin(BZ) Italy<br />Harvest date: September<br />Vinification: Immediate pressing of the grapes, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel (70%) and in small oak barrels (30%).<br />Serving temperature: 10 - 12 degrees C.<br />This wine comes from the best hillside vineyards in the Tramin growing area.<br />The combination of the two grape varieties elicits a delicately fruity and at the same time floral note from the wine. The bouquet is reminiscent of nettle,<br />apples, green peppers and tropical fruits.<br />With a harmonious balance of acidity and minerality, notes of elderberry, banana and vanilla enrich the lively character of this wine.<br />Thanks to its excellent quality, this wine has been included in the Bernardi collection. This is a selection of choice grapes from optimal vineyards.<br />

Complex, very fine bouquet, with pleasant fruity notes of citrus and peach.<br />Dry, pleasantly fresh flavour with a good, balanced structure.<br />Pairings<br /><br />Excellent as an aperitif and with fried prawns or escalopes alla livornese.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />More Info<br /><br />The most known and traditional Altemasi label is the Millesimato, sparkling Traditional Method Blanc de Blancs, whose mark is the elegance obtained from the long<br />maturation on the yeasts (over 24 months). Altemasi Riserva Graal 2014<br />TRENTO DOC CLASSIC METHOD<br />An elegant classic sparkling wine Riserva Millesimato that Cavit produces only with grapes from great vintages. Graal derives from medieval Latin with the meaning of<br />container, this name gained notoriety in the cycle of King Arthur's novels because it was associated with the cup used by Jesus during the Last Supper.<br /><br />Production area: The highest and most suitable hilly areas for sparkling wines in Trentino (Colline di Trento, Altopiano di Brentonico and Valledei Laghi). Medium-textured<br />soils of fluvial-glacial and volcanic nature, on average not very deep and situated at altitudes between 500 and 600 metres above sea level.<br />Grape varieties: 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir with a yield of 70 hl per hectare.<br />Climate: After a mild winter with plenty of water, a spring with plenty of rain accompanied us until the beginning of June, followed by a hot, dry summer. Towards the end of<br />August, thunderstorms cooled the days and led to sudden drops in temperature at night. These sudden changes in temperature delayed the ripening process, postponing<br />the start of the harvest until 10 September.<br />Vinification and ageing: Manual harvesting into boxes preceded the traditional soft pressing of the perfectly ripe grapes, with separation of selected fractions of the must,<br />which fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel and barriques.frothing took place in May, after a period of maturation of the base wine.the first disgorgement<br />took place 68 months after tirage.<br />Analytical data:<br />Alcohol: 12.50% vol.<br />Total acidity: 6,3 g/l<br />Dry extract: 22 g/l<br />Residual sugars: 5 g/l<br />Contains sulphites<br />Organoleptic characteristics: White mousse with fine and continuous perlage; straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
