Champagne Roederer Cristal...

Champagne Roederer Cristal...

CRISTAL 2014

A three-step climatic waltz with strong, sharp and decisive contrasts! A splendid, dry spring leading into a torrid June; a cool, rainy autumn summer; a warm, sunny and very
dry September... worthy of an August. The 'key' to this vintage lies in the soil and the work of the vine-growers: the chalk, which is rewarding because it drains better, in the
medium-low part of the hillside, has made it possible to eliminate the excess water of the summer and limit stagnation... our increasingly virtuous vine-growing practices are
fundamental, allowing us to go further in the search for balance in the grapes and ripening.
'Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon

Golden, luminous and brilliant. Dynamic effervescence followed by an intense, perfumed bouquet of great purity. Citrus fruits and candied fruit combine with notes of harvest
and roasted almonds.
On the palate, the silky texture is amplified by a delicate effervescen perfectly integrated and deliciously elegant.
The purity and perfection of the ripe yellow fruits blend to the intense chalky freshness, typical of Cristal, palpable and savoury at the same time. Full-bodied and juicy on the
palate, defined and spiced by the partial ageing period in oak barrels.
Persistent and salacious in the finish.
Champagne Blanc de Blancs...

Champagne Blanc de Blancs...

It was characterised by a three-cycle weather pattern, with sharp contrasts. After a splendid spring, dry and culminating in a torrid June, a cool and rainy summer followed;
September was hot, sunny and very dry. The 'key to the grape harvest' lies in the soils and the work of the winegrowers: chalk is a winner because it is more draining, and in
the hills it allowed excess summer water to be disposed of and the vigour to be contained. The work in the plots, with increasingly virtuous practices, allows the grapes to
reach balance and full maturity.

Characteristics
Dosage: 8g/l
Grape varieties:
100% chardonnay 23% wood-aged wines

NO MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION
Characteristics of the Cru:
Made exclusively from Côte des Blancs grapes.
CRU: Avize

Tasting notes:
Brilliant gold in colour with green reflections, a soft, regular and slow perlage rises in the glass. There are pure, delicate and airy aromas with nuances of delicate flowers
(honeysuckle, jasmine), ripe citrus (cedar). With aeration, notes of iodine appear accompanied by warmer, sweeter notes of pastry. The palate is dense, finely spicy and
invigorating. The attack is fresh and energetic with citrus (orange), dried fruit and Madagascar vanilla. The bubble gently melts and gives way to a chalky freshness, revealing
a finish that is light and dusty at first glance, but surprises with a real final acceleration with fine tannins and spicy tones.
Auratus Gewürztraminer...

AURATUS Gewürztraminer
South Tyrolean Gewürztraminer Auratus DOC
Growing region: Our Gewürztraminer AURATUS grows in its place of origin, Tramin, on the South Tyrolean Wine Road. In an exposed sunny position in the fraction Rungg
near Tramin, we use the ideal conditions for the production of physiologically ripe Gewürztraminer grapes. The vines grow at an altitude of 320 - 400 metres above sea level
in clayey loam soil.
Vinification: The fully ripe and selected grapes are subjected to a cold maceration of about seven hours before pressing. The temperature-controlled fermentation at 20°C and
the maturation on the fine yeast give this Gewürztraminer its special note.
Harvest and yield: When the grapes have reached the ideal physiological ripeness, they are selected at the end of September to mid-October and harvested by hand so that
only selected grapes are used for the further processing of this Gewürztraminer. With a vine density of 7,000 vines, a yield of 45 hectolitres of wine per hectare is obtained.
Recommended with: The Gewürztraminer AURATUS is suitable as an aperitif and goes very well with spicy dishes, liver pâtés, Asian cuisine, sophisticated fish dishes,
crabs and lobster.
Content: 0,75 l
Chardonnay Riserva DOC 2019...

Chardonnay Riserva DOC 2019...

Complex Chardonnays from high altitudes are a rarity, but that is precisely where the appeal lies for us. Troy means 'path' in the language of our ancestors. The name
illustrates our long journey of research and experimentation with this noble grape variety.

The winter ended with abundant snow in the mountains. Warmer temperatures in March and April caused premature and rather uneven budding in the well-supplied soils. A
cool May then delayed the flowering. In humid and hot June, a high fungal disease pressure developed, which could be contained through sensitivity and a lot of careful
manual work. The rest of the summer was largely dry and was only interrupted by short, heavy thunderstorms. Two hot spells had practically no negative effects. A
significant drop in the lowest temperatures began in mid-August. High temperature differences between day and night characterised the weather throughout the harvest. The
harvest took place about 14 days later than in the previous year. The white wines of the 2019 vintage show an impressive freshness, Gewürztraminer are characterised by
particular elegance. The red wines present a lot of fruit and a lively tannin structure.

Grape variety: Chardonnay
Yield: 38 hl/hectare
Altitude: 500 - 550 m
Soil: calcareous gravel and clay soil
Age of vines: around 25 years, stocking on Guyot and simple, open pergola
Exposure: south-east
Climate: extreme interplay between sunny days influenced by the Mediterranean climate and night hours influenced by cold downdrafts from the surrounding mountains
Harvest: Beginning of October
Alcohol: 14,0 % vol
Total acidity: 6.1 g/l
Residual sugar: <2 g/l
Goldmuskateller Südtiroler...

Goldmuskateller Südtiroler...

Gold Muscat DOC 2021

Vintage: the 2021 viticultural year was demanding and challenging in many respects. The winter months were predominantly sunny but decidedly cold. Temperatures rose
only hesitantly even in spring, slowing down the development phase of the vines. However, a warm and sunny start to the summer made up for this. August and July were
very varied, so the grape harvest started relatively late on 9 September. The rainy September was a great organisational challenge for our winegrowers, but finally the harvest
was completed on 26 October with a very good result.

Tasting notes:
- bright yellow
- intense aroma of nutmeg, ripe peach
- juicy, full-bodied, with a pithy acidity, well balanced by the pleasant sweetness of the fruit.

Recommendation: enjoy this sweet dessert wine with doughnuts, strudel and cake.

Vinification: harvest of ripe and healthy grapes, destemming, cold maceration of 12 hours, pressing, natural must clarification, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18
°C, 3-month ageing on fine lees in stainless steel.

Vineyard: south and east-facing sites at 300 to 450 m above sea level; loamy limestone gravel, heat-storing and water-permeable.

Grape variety: Goldmuskateller
Age of the vines: 5 - 30 years
Drinking temperature: 8 - 10 °C
Maturity: 2022 - 2024
Yield: 70 hl/ha
Method of cultivation: pergola + wire frame
Alcohol: 12,5
Residual sugar: 45,0 g/l
Acidity: 6,4 g/l
Contains sulphites
Champange Dom Pérignon...

Champange Dom Pérignon...

The perfect harmony

Dom Pérignon creates only Vintage Champagnes, made from the best grapes selected in a single vintage.
He never stops reinventing himself, to always interpret the exclusive character of each season to the best of his ability. It refuses to compromise, renouncing the creation of
the Millesimato when the vintage is not up to scratch.
After an elaboration of at least eight years, the wine achieves perfect balance, the House's finest promise. This is Dom Pérignon Vintage, the Plénitude of Harmony.

EXPLOSIVE HARMONY
For Dom Pérignon, the assemblage is the grand rendezvous of Champagne elaboration. It is the creative gesture that, starting in the vineyard, through a search for intuition
and creation, draws on contrasts and paradoxes, juxtapositions and complementarities, and thus reveals its personal truth for each vintage.

It is a blend that invites an unexpected inner dialogue. Today, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 and its explosive harmony stand out.

The unpredictability of the 2012 seasons, their authority and generosity, composed a singular olfactory landscape of extraordinary variety. An unparalleled richness and
diversity of fruit: in 2012, every grape variety, every region, every village, every plot of land reached the peak of its potential, giving rise to a vintage that combines all
polarities.

In a blend of intensity, restrained tensions and extreme contrasts, the 2012 Dom Pérignon Vintage assemblage reveals a singular structure, vibrating to the rhythm of a
controlled energy, channelled by the acidic and bitter notes, which bursts and shines. An explosive harmony.

THE NOSE
The nose is complete and voluble, an interweaving of flowers and fruits, followed by the union of vegetal and mineral notes. The bouquet is tactile, a discreet invitation to
follow the powdery trail of white flowers, edged by the sweetness of apricot and mirabella, and then arriving at the freshness of rhubarb and mint, to the minerality of ash.
White pepper.

THE PALATE
It is energy that dominates the palate. After a pleasant opening, the wine quickly becomes vibrant and then literally explodes. The effervescence is rampant, the sensation is
tonic. The finish, which converges on acidic and bitter notes, narrows and becomes penetrating, leaving its mark, marked by ginger, tobacco and toasted aromas.
