Grape variety: Petit Verdot ,Syrah, Lagrein, Merlot,Cabernet Sauvignon - in equal proportions.<br />Vinification: The different grape varieties are harvested at the same time and processed together. Only the Cabernet Sauvignon, which matures later, is fermented<br />separately. The maceration in steel tanks lasts about 10 days, followed by the acid reduction in wooden barrels.
