Franciacorta Extra Brut...

Franciacorta Extra Brut...

Blànc
A fascinating sip fused in a dynamic perlage that translates the essence of the material into refined elegance, whose key to interpretation remains the full structure in a
paradigm of unprecedented rationality, the nerve centre of freshness and pungent minerality. Interweavings of impalpable chalkiness, puffs of powder, yellow citrus, almond,
salt, broom and honeysuckle are read as tension and depth, an authentic goblet, free gastronomic thought. The gracefulness of the sip is the unmistakable stylistic feature,
of which the biting vertical development in an author's palate is surprising.
BLÀNC COMBINATION
One label and two numbers: 20 vintage variables from 37 selected vineyards. The strength and beauty of vines that are more than three decades old, with roots that dig into
the many layers of the terroir, to draw from them distinctive nutrients and unique microelements. The ultimate expression of our Franciacorta.

Grapes: Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Blanc 50%.
Südtirol Lagrein Riserva...

Südtirol Lagrein Riserva...

FRAUENRIGL
South Tyrol Lagrein Riserva DOC 2017

300-350 m above sea level, south-east, steep slope
Warm microclimate, large temperature differences
Red sandy-loamy soil with clay minerals
Alcohol: 13,5 % Vol.
Total acidity: 5,3 g/l
Residual sugar: 1,9 g/l
Yield per hectare: 50 hl
Optimum age for drinking: 3-10 years
Method of cultivation: sustainable

Grape variety: Lagrein
Vinification: Temperature-controlled fermentation in red wine tanks and ageing in French barriques for 12 months, followed by ageing in large oak barrels.
About the wine: Lagrein, genetically related to Syrah, is the oldest autochthonous grape variety in South Tyrol. In the hot, deep vineyards in the south of South Tyrol, the
heat-loving Lagrein finds its suitable habitat. The FRAUENRIGL has a seductive fruitiness of wild berries, elderberries, black cherries and cocoa beans. The wine is enriched
with balsamic tannins during ageing in barrique barrels. The noble roasted aromas and the vital acidity are harmoniously combined with the powerful fruit body. The clayey
soil is responsible for its typical terroir characteristics, which lend the fruity finish a piquant spiciness (liquorice) and its individual earthy note.

FRAUENRIGL: the mighty one. In South Tyrol, 'Rigl' used to mean something like small plot of land. Frauenrigl derives from the fact that women were the main landowners
in this part of the village over a hundred years ago.
Magnum Weissburgunder TECUM...

Magnum Weissburgunder TECUM...

TECUM
PINOT BIANCO RISERVA
'Tecum' (Latin: with you/together) is the expression of unison, elegance, and harmony. This cool and mineral Weiburgunder grows in the selected single vineyard Buchholz,
above Salurn. The site is located on the cooler, eastern valley side of the South Tyrolean lowlands, at an altitude of 600 m and with a mineral soil of dolomite rock. Out of full
respect for the terroir and the natural cycle of the vine, the wine matures for 12 months on fine lees in large wooden barrels and in stainless steel tanks, to then develop for a
further 12 months in the bottle. In the process, it retains its structure and complex variety of aromas. The wine is bottled exclusively in large bottles to promote its shelf life.
The initials 'N.D.T', which can be found on the label, stand for the philosophy of the wine: 'niente di troppo', which translates into German as 'from nothing too much'. With
the 2017 vintage, each bottle is individually numbered by hand.

Excellent as an aperitif, with white meat, strong fish,
risotto, grilled vegetables
Bright light yellow colour, floral, fine fruity, nutty,
balanced structure, full-bodied elegance
