PHILIP This wine is dedicated to our illustrious ancestor Filippo (Philip) Mazzei (1730-1816), a passionate winemaker, liberal thinker and citizen of the world. Made from a
blend of grapes selected on our estates, Philip is the quintessence of Tuscany: it interprets the spirit of the Tuscan wine 'New World', it best represents the 'revolutionary'
character of Philip Mazzei and expresses our desire for 'the pursuit of happiness', as Mazzei wrote to Thomas Jefferson.
