SENSORY DESCRIPTION Intense and deep ruby red, it is very elegant and complex with rich notes of fruit in alcohol, with cherries in evidence, and hints of vanilla and sweet spices; it is full and harmonious on the palate, with a well-balanced sweetness and a lingering finish.

VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT Drying of the grapes for 4 months. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Maturation of 12 months in oak barriques. ALCOHOL 13% by vol. SERVING TEMPERATURE 14-16°C RECOMMENDED SERVING SUGGESTIONS Excellent at the end of a meal, in combination with desserts and dry pastries, it is ideal with berry or dark chocolate preparations. Perfect with mature cheeses and blue cheeses. Drunk alone, it is a great conversation wine.
